I recently went to Capitol one- just to take a break- wow this place had everything you can do some work and get a great sandwich and coffee at the same time. Especially like to mention Lillia she made me a great avocado toast and had a great attitude!!!!! cheers Lilllia keep the great customer service going

The Capital One employees who roam around and some of the baristas are extremely friendly, it’s definitely not the typical American experience, which is refreshing. I love doing work there because there’s plenty of space and outlets, and the temperature is well controlled. Plus, there’s a variety of seating and even private meeting rooms. And getting coffee and tea for 50% off as a Capital One member is definitely a nice perk.

Was on the hunt for a quick coffee fix and stumbled upon this really cool Capital One Bank/Cafe concept spot. Got 5-star service from Eli on the cafe side and Dyshan on the bank side 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I really loved this place. Until recently. The concept of the free offices is great and having 50% off on coffee is also a good addition. Unfortunately they changed the policy recently and started offering free coffee, water and cookies to everyone. Sounds like a good deal, right? It's NOT. Since they handing out everything for free to basically anyone walking in, the place became a homeless shelter. You see shady looking people hanging out hours and munching on the free stuff. I wish I could post a sample of the smell you have inside these days. Not even mentioning the noise, which made the office idea useless. I don't understand why they aren't checking if you're a cardholder or not. What is my benefit to bank with capital one if I have to share the space with all the homeless people? I hope they change this policy. I prefer to pay for my coffee and work in peace.
