Today we sat on the terrace and the service is not as good as inside, but the food is always delicious.
The best Italian in Miami.

NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY. I was advised that the items I ate were dairy free and they absolutely were not. This is overpriced food for no reason. Our table of six was squished together uncomfortably and the pasta was too uncooked to be edible. They kindly remade the dish but it was still hard pasta. Not worth the hype for vegans or non vegans, but for my vegans who are vegans because of health needs, don’t risk getting sick like I am right now ?

Beautiful restaurant with lovely decor, but the music was a bit too loud for conversation. The food was incredible—everything was fresh and flavorful. Since we had a large group, we got to try a variety of dishes, and the menu is perfect for sharing. The branzino was delightful, the jumbo shrimp were tasty but a bit small, and the caprese salad was fresh and light. The calamari was great, and the pastas were outstanding—definitely try the rigatoni, it’s a must! The only downside was that the servers kept clearing plates before we were done, which felt rushed. Other than that, the staff was super friendly, and the food was fantastic.

Our visit to Carbone definitely lived up to the hype, we were in town from Montreal, Canada, for a conference, and were so excited that there was a Miami location.
Everyone was so welcoming and kind the second we stepped through the door. The exceptional service started immediately, Lina was a delight, and Luigi was absolutely incredible , his suggestions were on point, truly some of the best service I have received on my many travels.
The food was so fresh, flavourful and quality ingredients. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This is an excellent restaurant. The ambiance is very nice, but I would prefer it lighte and not so noisy. Food is excellent except our lamb chops which were mostly bone and skin. We had Bruschetta, Calamari Marco, Oyster Platter, Orechiette Vito and Salmon. All excellent. Service was superb. It is expensive.

Food was delicious and generous portions. Nice old school New York vibes. Spicy vodka rigatoni was excellent and the lobster ravioli. The star was the beef carpaccio! It was perfect. The veal parm was okay. Our waitress Lina was funny and kept up entertained and was very passionate about her job. Took the time to explain the dishes and the history of Carbone. Will definitely comeback!

Every time I come to Miami, Carbone is a must! The staff is always friendly, the service is always phenomenal, the food is by far my favourite and the drinks are always incredible! Peterson & Anthony always ensure to greet my friends and I when we come in, check on us (even if we aren't in Anthony's section) and Peterson always ensures we have a top tier experience. His professionalism & charismatic nature is what every Resturant needs! The hostess's are always smiling & so quick to compliment when we walk in as well. Everything about Carbone I absolutely love, even down to the music and decor. 5 stars everytime!

Had reservations at 10:45 pm and didn’t get seated until 11:30 pm. They make you wait by bar, which is crowded. There is no place to sit down and wait.

Absolutely love this place, you end up with waaaay too much food. But the food is so great it just means you get to relive the experience the next day ?? the interiors are probably the nicest in Miami. The bar scene is great, the people watching is great. So go enjoy!

It is a leisure place, there is a lot of atmosphere, very elegant people, but if you are hungry you really want to eat, you are not in the right place,
But if you are looking for a place where there are elegant people, welcome.

This iconic restaurant has changed a lot for the worse. The service was slow, the food was barely average and the worst thing was the atmosphere and music, horrible, very loud and slum hip hop all the time, which is not what you would expect from an upscale restaurant. Honestly, very disappointed.
