long story: easily the best experience/food. I have been to carbone in vegas and it was divine. wanted to try miami for my birthday and it did not disappoint. AMAZING to say the least. the table charcuterie was delish. the bread basket is wonderful (the tomato bread is so airy it’s like angel food but savory) the pickled cauliflower is a flavor burst from heaven. the table side scraping of parm is so tasty. I emailed the restaurant a little more than 24hr in advance to ask for the chicken parm (we didn’t want veal) a chicken parm is not a regular menu item. it was added to my table, no hassle. we also had the spicy rigatoni vodka and the meatballs (also an off menu item) followed by a slice of the hazelnut chocolate cake since it was my birthday. and of course the little italian cookies are so good as well. the best food, so delicious. so filling. and we had a wonderful time!!

We had a wonderful dining experience here. Everything we ordered was delicious, the place itself is beautiful, and the service was truly outstanding.
It’s a very well-known restaurant, and honestly, everything lived up to its reputation. But what impressed us the most was how welcoming they were to our child. We dined with our child and not only did we never feel judged, they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even offered to prepare whatever our child might want directly from the kitchen.
That level of warmth and care made the whole experience truly special. We left very happy and would absolutely come back.

I had such a great experience dining at Carbone Miami! I came alone, and I’ve dined at Carbone multiple times, including in New York at ZZ’s, but Carbone Miami will always be my favorite location. I’ve been coming to this spot long before Carbone was even here, it used to be Upland.
I want to give a huge shoutout to my server, VOLKEN. Dining alone can be intimidating, but you were patient, never rushed, and truly exceptional at your work. You made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable.🙏🏾
The food was amazing and the service was also very good. My only complaint about this establishment is due to the long delays on our reservation time. We reserved a table for 3 at 9:15 pm but we were only able to sit at around 10 pm.

Was a great experience. The best cesar salad I’ve ever had and the cheese they use- the best. They make it right in front of you. We got the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta was so good. And we got the wagyu. The steak wasn’t that tasty to me. I think it lacked seasoning/flavor. Next time I will try the Dover Piccata. Our drinks were really good. They bring you a tray out of the desserts whole. We got the chocolate hazelnut. It was okay. The cheesecake was recommended to us- we should have gotten that. The service was impeccable. The vibes were like an Italian restaurant in NY. I highly recommend.

This place is sexy. Not only is the food sexy but the people as well! I loved the bread and Parmesan. That was excellent. We had a variety of appetizers but the oysters were amazing. The Caesar salad is pretty great too. For main course we had some spicy rigatoni, chicken parm, mushrooms, lasagna and I think spinach. The lasagna and chicken parm were amazing. Appetizers and entrees were delicious the desserts however were a complete miss. The presentation was beautiful but so tasteless. The chocolate cake tasted like a box cake and the carotte cake was about the same. The drink selection is great, the Sancerre bottle we got was delicious. Our waiter was fantastic and so kind. We had an amazing time. The only reason for the 3 stars were the desserts.
Nice ambience, great food and amazing service. A treat during a special night out. Pricey and easier to book than in the big apple.

I haven’t had the chance to visit Carbone New York yet, but I’m told it’s not quite as spacious as the Miami location. I visit Carbone Miami about every three months, so I can confidently speak to both the indoor and outdoor spaces, which are consistently excellent.
On this visit, the weather wasn’t unbearably hot, so we chose to sit outside and enjoy white wine along with our meal. The calamari, charcuterie, and salad were all delicious. For mains, we ordered the signature spicy rigatoni in arrabbiata sauce and the spaghetti al limone—my personal favorite. My mom ordered a fish dish (I can’t recall which one exactly), but it was excellent as well.
From the company (us!) to the ambiance, service, and food, everything was spot on. Carbone Miami continues to deliver a reliably great experience.
