Service wasn’t as good as I would expect. A very disappointing experience for 2 The Birdcage fans. No atmosphere inside at all. The lady’s restroom was a disgrace. Full black trash bags piled in an alcove in the indoor dining area.

I would like to give this place a 0/5. My family was on vacation to Miami and tried this place - they took over an hour and half to talk with us and did not even serve out food at all. Upon being asked where our food is TWICE, they were not able to answer and just kept saying 2 more minutes. We ended up having to leave because they wasted our time and money. I would never recommend this place. Ever.

Overpriced soda, fixed tip on 20%, and the waiter fill their on service review by themselves always with a positive grade, they don't even bother ask you if you want to fill the service survey.

If you’re in Miami Beach, Carlyle Cafe is a must-visit! The place has a cool Art Deco vibe (yep, it was in The Birdcage) and a great atmosphere. Huge shoutout to Rodrigo and Paz for the top-notch service! Perfect spot to soak in the Ocean Drive energy.

We had lunch at the Carlyle, and besides the food being mediocre, their “Happy Hour” cocktails are a complete rip-off. Not containing a drop of alcohol, and are completely flavour less. They automatically add 20% tip - which we later found out is not unusual for Miami Bech, but this place had a sneaky way of hiding it until you paid the bill, and hence had already added tipped manually. So be aware. It’s just a lousy tourist trap of the worst, with no repect for their customers, themselves or their devious business model. Pick another place. Simply not worth it. So many better options.
