“Healthy” restaurants in Miami are starting to annoy me. Took 30+ min to make a salad. The salmon on the salad must have been cooked for that entire time because it was DRY (note to the reader: a small portion of salmon takes ~20 min to bake perfectly) I can live with a dry piece of fish when the expectations match. This was a $11 piece of salmon on a $18 salad. I expect it to be better than microwaved frozen fish.

I eat here for lunch often, and I generally prefer to eat outside to get some fresh air after working inside all day. Lately, I can’t do that because the delivery people sit right outside by the tables and smoke cigarettes and listen to music and videos on speaker phone. Hardly relaxing and hardly healthy. Please ask them to go elsewhere if they want to be disruptive and smoke.

Unique menu, prompt service, dependable choice . You won't find the immaculate atmosphere and model crowd as some of the competitors around the area but the high volume of orders and ability to watch the chef's prepare your order assures good clean food.
Vegetarian options: the Vegan soups are always on-point.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free choices are clearly marked with a sticker or something to indicate that they have payed mind upon preparation.
