Great food, reasonable prices! My favorite dish is Rib Ravioli. Highly recommend this place.

Casa isola is been not only the best Italian restaurant but it’s been my home. The perfection of blends between herbs, spices and sauces, just leave me disoriented after with a very sickening feeling, yet so pleasing. I’ve seen the same staff for years, I feel like one of them. I feel like they are my family. My wife says it’s the best Italian restaurant she’s ever had, I second that.
All in all, don’t waste your money anywhere else. Casa isola for ever.

Such a great spot! The food at Casa Isola Osteria was amazing — super fresh pasta, awesome flavors, and really nice people working there. The carbonara pasta was next-level, and the vibe inside was perfect, even was raining super crqzy outside. Cozy, chill, and feels like a little piece of Italy in Miami Beach. Can’t wait to come back! 🍝

Never had a bad meal at Casa Isola. Southern Italian at its absolute best. Great value and wonderful staff
Another fabulous meal at Casa Isola. We ate early, so no crowd. We enjoyed happy hour prices for our pasta, spicy rigatoni a la vodka, and arancini as well as a chopped salad. The food was delicious with perfectly cooked al dente pasta. We always enjoy our meal at Isola.
Casa ISOLA is truly one of a kind in Miami Beach to enjoy with family and friends! The Italian Fried Chicken, Corn Agnolotti, Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka, and Eggplant Parmigiana were all exceptional. For dessert, the mango creation was refreshing and beautifully served, and the Tiramisu with dulce de leche and Nutella mascarpone was rich with layers of flavor.
A big thanks to the Chef and to manager Rodrigo for their warm and genuine hospitality that made the experience even more memorable. We’ll be back
Casa Isola Osteria feels like one of those restaurants where every dish has a little personality of its own. The corn gyozas were a standout right away! Delicate dumplings with a sweet, savory bite that I kept thinking about after the first taste. The meatball dumplings had that same playful twist, comforting but creative, like a nod to tradition with a chef’s wink. The Manager Rodrigo was also excellent and you can tell he really cares about the restaurant!
For pasta, the rigatoni alla vodka didn’t disappoint. Perfectly cooked, rich without being heavy, it’s one of those dishes you want to linger over. And then there’s the Italian fried chicken…..crisp, juicy, and seasoned so well it deserves its own fan club.
What I loved most was how the whole meal felt like a mix of comfort and surprise….familiar Italian flavors made exciting again. Casa Isola is definitely the kind of place I’d come back to when I want both a cozy neighborhood vibe and food that sparks conversation at the table.

Rodrigo & his team are A+. This was the best Italian food we have had in Miami. It is a very unique fusion of Italian & Asian cuisine…definitely one of a kind!

Casa Isola is a solid quaint Italian option. While they recently became a smaller establishment, they continue to deliver solid dishes. I recommend sitting outside if you want a more intimate feel. The service is always decent here. I think their vodka pasta is one of the best in Miami (yes, it will give Carbone a run for its money, likely at half the price). The staff really just want you to have a good meal and enjoy your company. Ps get the corn agnolotti broth. It’s incredible.
