Overall not impressed by this restaurant that I've heard so many good things about. The service was below average. We ordered a bottle of wine and had to flag the waiter down to refill our glasses as they kept the bottle in an ice bucket away from the table. Also, the waiter did not know dishes on the menu without dairy- he recommended a few so I chose one and he came back saying there's butter in it. The only thing without dairy on the menu was the calamari, which was done very well (salty, crispy, not fishy), but both sauces it came with had dairy too. I asked if they could just do pasta with a pomodoro/tomato sauce and they did which was nice but I did have to push for it (and not that good- store bought pasta with rao's sauce would be better). They were not accommodating off the bat. My mom ordered the eggplant parm that came in a baked clay pot. She said it was amazing but definitely needed a side with it like pasta or bread. The ambiance was fairly casual. We sad outside which was nice but pubelly sushi is right next door, the two restaurants almost meld into each other. If I could eat more things on the menu I would probably return as it had an interesting Spanish/Asian/Italian fusion thing going on.

Absolutely biblical. There’s no way you don’t leave satisfied and full [like sean] after visiting. Every dish we had was bibliotic. The truffle ravioli was sensational. That and the octopus are must order

One of the more unique dining experiences that I have had, the combination of Italian and Asian flavors was wonderfully done. Everything that we ordered had amazing flavor and came out quickly.I would suggest getting the corn gyoza and the udon carbonara myself. The restaurant is smaller, so if you want to try a couple of dishes stagger your order so that you have plenty of time to enjoy a dish before the next item comes out.

The atmosphere and music are so fun. The interior design elements and art are so unique and quirky! The food was also so delicious and spicy - would highly recommend the spicy rigatoni alla vodka.

Our 5th time here at Casa Isola when coming back to South Beach for a visit. Yet again another great experience. The food always amazes me with flavor. Rodrigo our server was outstanding also. The menu is so good that I literally could order a dozen different dishes. Just go if you can!

If you are looking for best of both worlds this is the place to go. You have Italian and Japanese fusion. The ambiance is peaceful and comfortable. The serve was fast and amazing. All the food we had was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I want to thank Josue the manager for checking in on us, Magali for sitting us so quickly, and Rodrigo for making sure all our food and table was clean. If you are looking for a relaxing dinner with friends or a spouse this is the place to be. I highly recommend the spicy rigatoni, tuna crudo, and Arancini (and everything else on the menu). This is a place you’ll think about later and want to come back

Casa Isola is a gem!! The restaurant is beautiful and the food is too! My absolute favorite Italian spot in Miami! The service is top tier! Waited recommended wines to pair with meal!

Service has a lot of room for improvement. Although observing the other servers, they were very much interacting well with customers- ours barely said three words. Food was alright. We had three main dishes, two drinks and a dessert: $200

At Casa Isola, not only does Pasta Tuesdays shine with delightful pasta tastings, but the exceptional service adds another layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. The attentive staff ensures that every detail is taken care of, enhancing the overall satisfaction for guests. The Parmiggiano cheesecake is divine.

Casa Isola offers a captivating blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience. The food, a symphony of flavors from delicate antipasti to sumptuous pasta dishes, showcases expert craftsmanship and the finest ingredients. Manager Josue's attentive care and the kindness of runner Emerson elevated our visit, making Casa Isola a culinary gem I eagerly anticipate revisiting.
