Great food and terrible service. We were not seated for over 45 minutes after our reservation time, we were put in a very low desired location within the restaurants and we waited well over an hour for our meal to arrive from the time we ordered, and the staff seemed to not check in on us. Fortunately, the food was very good, but the experience was not meeting expectation and I would hesitate to come back based on this.
We recently dined here on a Sunday evening around 6:30 PM. The restaurant was moderately busy — not empty, but not fully packed either. Overall, the food was very good, and our waiter was attentive without being intrusive, which we truly appreciated. However, there were a couple of things that could use improvement. I have come to catch several times. It is now the 3rd time they have closed the rooftop seating with no notice. Once was a "elevator issue." The other times, no reason. I appears that they didn't want to run seating inside and upstairs/outside for staffing/margin reasons. I go to catch for the outside seating. I am not sure I will go again.
