While visiting South Beach, we took the Collins Express trolley to North Beach for an afternoon. We were hungry and stumbled upon this place on New Year's Day. We had ceviche and chips. Wow! Some of the best ceviche we have ever had. Service is probably normally great, but they were totally slammed with all table fulls, a line, etc. Either they understaffed for what turned out to be a huge crowd, or the place gets too packed to serve.
