They overcharged me, added an extra burger onto my order, and claimed to have refunded the money but they never did. So I paid over $70 for two subpar cheeseburgers. Thought I could make this my regular burger spot but now I know to avoid it.
Should’ve gone to the Five Guys across the street because at least they would have been honest.
I’m writing to advise if the outstanding customer I received from @Stephanie Vitori, the owner of cheeseburger baby. My experience of a long wait, at Daytona International Raceway, was partly due to Stephanie pulling the product back as the staff was about to deliver it, as she was not pleased with one of the items they were about to serve, which BTW, to a layman, looked fine. We waited 30 mins for a burger and asked when ordering the $15 to be cut in half, sure NO PROBLEM. I'll have them cut it , since we were splitting it, 😊 Thanks. So after 20 mins we went and complained and told them I wanted my CASH back WE were tired of waiting. Oh now, the burger shows up. NOT like we ordered!!
