This guy “JAIME” who works as cashier has no customer service skills, I was ready to pay, I said evening to him and he’s response was “what do you want”; soon after when me and my brother were eating, an Afro-American customer whom works at the nearest CVS pharmacy walked in to buy a plate of food, but JAIME was very rude, screamed at him stating “ don’t ask me for anything because I am not going to serve you food” and made him wait for 5 minutes until the manager came and she provided the services. This type of person like “JAIME” do not deserve to be working in this type job, they are a liability for the company of franchise, due to his expression sounds inappropriate and will decrease the customer satisfaction. He was all the time on his phone ignoring completely the situation he caused with his attitude. I hope chicken kitchen take actions and send him to perform a different type of work that has nothing to do in dealing with customers. We all deserve respect. Thank you

Although the food was good, the customer service experience and atmosphere was absolutely terrible. Jaime was not only rude when we approached to pay for our order, he also discriminated against a man of color a few minutes later by refusing to take his order. My sister and I couldn’t believe our ears. I will not be returning to this location. This happened on 1/27/26 between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM.

When you are reading menu, sounds delicious and makes you wonder why the place is empty...
Well, that's when it is starts... no one will tell you that there are ingredients missing ( kale, bean), you will get lettuce and tomato with your bit dry chicken. Sauces are okay but you need to ask for them. And then... you are told to press 18% tip. Not even as an option.
Another place which could be amazing but destroyed by lack of care about the guests...

Came in on January 8 at 5:00pm, one customer ahead of me ordering asked for chicken with skin; while an employee was already serving, the (what seems liked) shift manager told the customer there was no skin available at the time while actively removing all the available skin of 10+ chicken breast.

When the customer ahead and myself asked about all the available chicken skin, we were told “they were for the owner’s daughters”. Left without ordering…

We were advised to submit any complaints through the QR code which took me here. Nothing against the employees working, just bad policy for the owners to have against customers in the store and its employees.

Ordered through uber eats and customized with 7 toppings adding up to $17 for one bowl however they only gave me 4 of them. Tried to call but the line said it was busy even when i called 20 minutes later. Stole my money and gave me lettuce in a bowl.

I stopped as they have the new Skirt Steak platter
I think they have never seen a skirt steak in their life
When you look at the picture on the door, the steak looks good and juicy
When you order it, it is a precooked overcooked pieces of meat that have nothing to do with a juicy skirt steak
They do not ask you how you would like the steak as it is already cooked when you place the order
The platter with two sides and a fountain drink almost 30$
It has been a long time I did not have a so disgusting meal. Make a few more miles and go to a Latino place to get a real skirt steak. For the same price you get a full skirt steak cooked the way you like and with taste.

The worst chicken kitchen I have ever experienced. The staff doesn’t open the restaurant on time; workers are hanging around, on their phone, watching people standing outside when it should be open for business. I am a teacher with limited lunch break and stood in the heat waiting. They never opened and I left. Never giving them my business again.

More than a week ago I try to order on your website a $29 meal, my order didn’t go through your kitchen system but I was charged twice the amount! I call immediately to the restaurant and they told me there was NO order under my name, the lady suggested to go and talk to the manager (Robert) He basically told me to wait and see if the system will give my money back and that he can not do NOTHING for me. I came back and told him that I NEVER got the $60 back and the only thing he said was “ I will give your number to my boss and she might call you” REALLY!! I am so upset for this! You basically took my money and I received nothing but a cheap treatment from your manager. I have screen shots of my bank app where you can see I was charged twice and the email from Chicken Kitchen saying “ thank you for your order” I showed this to him and still said: “If I don’t see the order on my system, I can not do anything”

As others have already stated, I was also overcharged. The register doesn't display a price when you pay nor does the credit card machine. No receipt given on top of that. All this leads me to believe that the overcharging is intentional. I won't be returning.

There are couple of guys that they have no clue about customer service. They look dirty and grumpy. I’ve been going to the same store for about 10 years and was good before but I don’t even eat in because service and atmosphere are very heavy and very bad vibes .
