No sure what happened to today’s person behind the counter - super stingy with the sauces. He gave us 1 tiny house sauce. We asked for one more but he was not having it. For 2 large bowls it’s not enough but he didn’t even offer anything from the list they had on the counter. Probably in a bad mood. Yesterday guy gave us 3 house sauces. Tip promp on the credit card machine wasn’t necessary for this kind of service.

Several times I’ve ordered take out when I would arrive home my order would be missing things. I usually order extra portion of chicken and unless I ask for it on the side they will usually just give me a regular portion. I’ve brought it up to them and they’re very dismissive and don’t offer to amend their mistake. Sadly chicken kitchen is not what it used to be. They’re trying to hard to cut corners and make as much profit as possible. Prices went way up but quality and service has gone down.

Roberto one of the managers here at Kitchen Chicken was nasty to me. I have been a loyal customer since May 20 until this day. And one day accidentally fell and drop my meal on the counter. The rest of the employees help me out and prepared me a new one since it was an accident. However, after I finished my meal. He approached me and let me know next time I come back I have to pay twice for the other meal that I accidentally drop. For two weeks I didn’t come back because I felt like I wasn’t being appreciated as a daily loyal customer. I have recently come back because I find out he was on vacation. I want to let the owner know that Roberto didn’t do me right.

Ze spreken bijna geen Engels achter de toonbank dus leer een paar woordjes Spaans.
Als je vooraf geen fooi geeft roepen ze dat door de zaak heen. Dus we lieten de fooi na het proeven van het gerecht ook maar zitten.
Medewerkers zijn erg onvriendelijk en de manager vrij grof toen ik hem aan de telefoon had voor een vraag.
Geprobeerd maar waarschijnlijk nooit meer. Adios.

Went today, Friday, June 21 today I was served by this young Haitian gentleman very professional. I went with my wife today always have a great time here. It’s all the way in Miami Beach live in Homested. Food is great. The ambience is excellent. The food is always good and I love the place I got a good excuse when I come down to Miami Beach stop by this place, make sure I forgot. Sorry, next time.
Ordered delivery directly from the Chicken Kitchen website. They forgot part of the order. When I called the location, they acknowledged they forgot part of the order, but told me either I had to come get it (um, I ordered delivery for a reason) or I need to download the app to dispute it, they cannot do anything at the location. So I download the Chicken Kitchen app (it's really not an app, it's just a version of their website) and it says the same thing as the website - contact the specific location for assistance. Um, I did that! There is no option to fix my order. Now I'm out half my order and they refuse to fix it. Never ordering from them again. (Side note: the food is delivered by Uber but does not show up in your Uber account.)
