Used to really like this place but lately the portions of chicken on the chop chops are just way too small. They might as well call their chop chops Rice Bowls. The customer is basically forced to pay for double protein just to get a regular sized portion of chicken. I now prefer going to Pollo Tropical across the street.

It’s actually infuriating and annoying because I add on extras which cost money and they end up giving me a basic bowl with none of my extras and the order is completely wrong. Please fix your staff

On multiple occasions I’ve ordered delivery from this location and they don’t give teriyaki chicken (just plain) like I ordered, nor the double protein I paid extra for, the sauces it comes with, or the side of chicken. Extremely infuriating and Uber eats never helps. This place will scam you, go to the north Miami location instead.
