We were finally able to make the drive to Miami to Mr. Chow. We were blown away by the friendly staff in crisp white uniforms, from the hostess to the manager, the wait staff, and even the bartenders. Everybody was super friendly and happily welcomed us as we were shown to our table. We started with glazed shrimp. My favorite. The jumbo shrimp were lightly battered, deep fried, and coated in a pleasant citrus glaze. So delicious. We also shared some vegetable potstickers. My date's favorite. I would prefer the meat potstickers, but we chose the vegetables ones for my date. For the main course, I ordered the steamed sole in white wine sauce. The fish was so delicate it smelt in my mouth. My date had the Ma Mignon. He said the beef was super tender and cooked to perfect temperature. We finished our meal with coffee and shared a slice of chocolate mouse cake. This chocolate cake has a slight hint of almond essence (?), so heavenly delicious.

La comida deliciosa, la atención espectacular, el local muy bonito, todo magnífico. Lo que sí podrían variar es que lo que queda del pato lo traigan en un tienpo adicional como por ejemplo picado con lechuga entera

We celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary at Mr.Chow and it was a great night. The service was on point and the food was delicious. They were so sweet to give us a surprise anniversary dessert that was just perfect ending for a great evening. We will definitely come back.

Waiting staff very attentive and polite when we entered. Venue felt upmarket. Then it went downhill, we were given menus printed on paper and then coated in acetate. The music was loud and featured Europop deom the 90's. Not a great start. We ordered champagne and some wine. We opted for the set price promo menu. Starter was probably the worst Satay Chicken we've ever eaten. Small pieces of chicken, coated in an orange crumb, then a small amount of creamy sauce, that had no satay flavour, or any flavour. The pork dumplings were also lacking flavour and were not special. The Spicy beef main course, was spicy and flavoursome, sadly the beef was sliced so thin it had no texture and definitely did not taste of beef. We choose not to eat it. Management removed fhe food bill and offered us some wine. Unfortunately our whole night was ruined as we were celebrating a special birthday and we're left with a bill of $140 for the drinks and we're still hungry. I can see why so many others on TripAdvisor and other platforms have rated this place so low. Such a shame as we had high hopes having heard about great experiences at the other locations in New York and London.

First time here and came with high expectations. The place was empty. Wednesday evening at 7.30pm. There were about 5 wait staff per customer which was a bit annoying with constant “are you ok, everything ok”. We ordered the lobster Suimai (which were tiny but really nice) and chicken satay (which looked like it had come straight out of a microwave meal container). For mains we had velvet chicken (which was virtually tasteless) and crispy beefy (which had a taste but was overpowered by the greasy coating on it). One positive on the mains was the shrimp rice. Very nice. All in all a $350 evening out for two which was probably worth no more than $50. Honestly had a better meal at Panda Express at City Walk. I suspect the place is just living on it being a “celebrity haunt” and Instagram popular. If you want nice tasty Chinese food give this place a miss and spend your hard earned elsewhere.

One word...amazing!! Food was incredible and our server Bryan was attentive, knew every detail of the menu, and was quick with everything. Not so quick that it was annoying or made us feel like they just wanted us to eat and leave though, lol. Everything was perfect, but yeah it's not a cheap dinner experience, so be sure and have your credit card handy. Excellent at all levels. Thank you

The problem at Mr Chow is that you are always taken for a ride at the time of ordering. If you don't want to order the fixed menu, then you are being abused by the waiter , using his biggest smile and then you get a huge surprise when you get the bill ... outrageously unfair and expensive $160 per guest

This is seriously the best restaurant. We always accidentally over-order, but then leave with so many perfectly packed leftovers! My mom is gluten-free, and the service is 10/10 with excellent recommendations for everything. The service is top-notch, and the music is amazing.

I had the pleasure of dining at Mr Chow, and the experience was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service, especially by Maître Alex, who made us feel extremely welcome. The elegant and sophisticated atmosphere provided the perfect setting for a special evening. Each dish was a work of art, with flavors that surprised and delighted with every bite. The authenticity and quality of the ingredients were evident in every preparation, with standout dishes like the famous Peking duck and the dim sums, which were absolutely divine. In addition to the spectacular food, the wine and cocktail list was carefully selected, perfectly complementing each dish. The service was attentive, professional, and always ready to offer excellent recommendations, with special mention to the suggestions from Maître Alex. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Chow to anyone seeking a unique and memorable dining experience. It is, without a doubt, one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

We have been to Mr. Chow in NYC and London. This one in Miami was fantastic! The service could not have been better. The food was excellent, just as it always is. They could not do enough for us. We will return! Loved it!

Excelente lugar ambiente, comida, servicio de los meseros y capitán Las hostess pésimas son imagen del lugar, si, bonitas pero se sienten mucho y tratan al comensal con desprecio
