And honestly, it was all thanks to Michelle and another amazing young woman at the front desk (so sorry - we didn’t catch her name!). Their energy was so positive and welcoming, it truly elevated the whole atmosphere from the moment we walked in. As a bonus, we were greeted with a complimentary frozen margarita - which was absolutely perfect. Such a great touch! The location is fantastic. Our room was always clean, and anytime we needed anything, the staff was on top of it right away. The service was exceptional across the board. Thanks to the talent and hospitality of the team - especially Michelle - we're definitely coming back. Highly recommend staying here and asking for Michelle if you want that extra bit of awesome!

ANOTHER FUN TIME AT CLEVELANDER!!! We stopped by during our annual RED DRESS RUN and had a blast! The great atmosphere, large patio, and kickin music put us all in the mood and made our night! They are great hosts and we look forward to next year! 🙂

If I could give 0 I would first off they overcharged on our tab and then she charged one of our parties card double the amount. The prices at the bar change each time you go order the same drinks. And they get an attitude when you question it. The 49ers should not have there future functions at this location.

OMG , what a great expedience , the bar at this Hotel is amazing, but the service was top notch, Ubbi made our experience unbelievable and was very attentive and elevated the experience for a night out in south beach!!

The Cleavelander’s club last night Karaoke night was a mixed of fun people and specially the staff, or server Ubi really “served” us with the best time & made our night a better experience with his attitude,will definitely be coming back!!

Worst stay ever. We stayed here for 3 nights in room no 425 and my wife had big red and very itchy bumps on her legs due to bed bugs. (Actully it started on 2nd night but we thought it cause of hot weather or something) but She couldn’t sleep properly on 3rd night.she suffered a lot. we complained and asked for refund for that night but hotel staff only refunded hotel fee. I paid over 700 and they only gave me back 74 dollars. I don’t recommend because you pay high amount for facilities but they will not provide. Extremely disappointed.

Awesome environment good place to stop and get a breeze drinks were very good just the cups are extremely small drinks spill everywhere no napkins spot is on fire tighten up.
Uby our waiter was absolutely the best. He was very nice and friendly as well as had great recommendation options. He is a absolutely beautiful person that very professional and knowledgeable I would recommend visiting the Clevelander and asking for him. Thx Uby for a great experience

We were in Orlando and decided to go to Miami on 10/09/2024 to escape Hurricane Milton that would pass close to where we were. So, we searched Booking.com for accommodations to spend just one night. We were 6 adults and 1 2 year old child. We searched Booking.com with these characteristics (6 adults and 1 child). In this search we found a stay at the Clevelander Hotel in Miami. The accommodation policy, before making the reservation, stated exactly this: "Children of any age are welcome." So, we made the reservation and when I receive the confirmation email, the information appears that people under 20 years of age cannot stay at the hotel. We were worried, as we didn't have much time to make a new reservation, so I called the hotel and they confirmed to me that people under 20 were really not allowed, and even though I explained the situation that we were fleeing the hurricane and that on Booking different information appeared, they said they would not accept the cancellation. A lack of care that I have never seen in any other accommodation. They don't care about anyone so my recommendation is NEVER MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS HOTEL. At a time when we were most worried about the whole situation and a 2 year old child, they denied us our stay and didn't give us any kind of support and they still charged us for our stay, even without us checking in and not even coming close. from the hotel. Once again, if you think about a hotel in Miami, never book there.
