We loved our week long stay at the Clevelander. It was in a perfect location, and the staff was absolutely incredible! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the music at the bar was so much fun and everyone who works there was so helpful (especially Michelle and Godfrey). We would definitely come back!! 😊

Every time I walk into this place Renata is super welcoming and energetic. We come for the food and drinks. The food has never disappointed us and the drinks are even better. Would definitely recommend 10/10. The manager victor is amazing also. He’s always checking on the guest, meanwhile running the operation smoothly.

Very Small rooms, front desk seemed understaffed. Pool was extremely tiny with no chairs to lay out by the pool. There is a restaurant surrounding the pool so you can get a drink and food. The front desk told us that there was chairs on the beach that we could use but when we went across the beach they stated that the chairs that the hotel can use was 6 BLOCKS away. Beach venders stated they get complaints every day about the clevlander.

We walked here while waiting for our other hotel room to be ready. Enjoyed a great lunch. The service was a little slow but it was well worth it. Nice atmosphere. The Nachos DID NOT disappoint at all, amazing flavor! I had the fish entree of the day. The broccoli is unchained and amazing. Fish was well flavored and grilled and the rice was easily a full bowl full.

The place is fine overall, but the price for beers is at the discretion of the bartender. Bought buckets of beers 3 separate times in the same night at 3 different prices. A little transparency would be nice.

A lovely hotel and great location. Michelle is excellent, a rare gem, provided top quality service - very warm, kind, helpful, customer-focused and friendly. She made me feel welcome every day during my stay. I went on a bus and boat tour of Miami Beach and Michelle arranged my pick up and went above and beyond to show me where to wait for the bus. She provided me with information on the hotel facilities and how to get around Miami Beach. I really enjoyed my stay. Joel, the manager is a gem - his customer service is excellent. He is warm, compassionate and very customer-focused and friendly. I had an initial hiccup on arrival and he resolved the matter immediately and provided top quality customer service. Joseph, Max, are also excellent and provided great customer services, information and guide. The hotel is very clean, my room very clean and comfortable, with a good view of the pool, bar and ocean. The music is fantastic throughout the day and night until 'close of play'; approx mid- night and a bit later on weekends. Very therapeutic holiday away - my birthday treat. The Clevelander South Beach Hotel is the place to go. All the staff there are so welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next vacation in Miami Beach as it is a great place and I enjoyed my stay to the fullest.

Well let me start with the good. The locations is outstanding!! You are right in front of the beach access, soft perfect sand on the beach with blue water. You get beach chairs included with the stay but the stand is about 5 blocks away but its a nice walk. We stayed here hoping there was huge pool parties but the pool and bars were basically empty everyday. We stayed there Thursday to Sunday. Hardly anyone there, but DJ did a great job. Drinks were kind of expensive but whatever. Rooms were very small and bathroom floor was very dirty. I took a wet wipe and wiped the floor and it was black. It was probably never mopped properly especially under sink, there was lots of hair. Mattress covers were all stained on the side. It felt like a European hostel. Disappointed considering the price $350/night. Lobby was bare, not like the pictures and pool area needed to be renovated. We won't stay here again.
What a dump. Showed up and my room was sold to higher bidder. Service and the staff are terrible and not helpful. Place should be condemned.

Stay away from the bar they had a special $10 well drinks so I’ll take a while margarita my bill was $49 for two and then she said all margaritas not included bs i asked her

$200 for one night BUT free complementary drinks AND Free breakfast from 8am-10am - The Room is very nice BUT NO FRIDGE & NO MICROWAVE. 4⭐️
-UPDATE: BREAKFAST IS NOT FREE ! The free drink is a Frozen Bacardi….Elevator is Very old/slow. Microwave was sent to room after request. I was locked out my room. Maintenance could not get the door open. Manager fixed it. Got a different room & the toilet don’t flush. Not terrible but very inconvenient. UPDATE: 3⭐️
