Me and my friends were here second time, first time was great when we went to the dance floor we told our server and he was keeping our drinks but the second time our drinks were taken away as well as the hookah even tho we told our server that we were gonna be there, we were just going to the dance floor ( service were excellent no complaints about that, girl (Brit) was amazing and she was fighting for us) but manager was so rude. He told me right in the face that “we are so annoying cause they’re about to close” and he just could get us 20% discounts which is not valid for taking away more than a half drink and half drink.The only thing they’re telling us is they are not responsible for tables and everything that’s going on there but they should be responsible cause at least we gave a heads up. Moreover how could they not be responsible if they position themselves as a bar with the dance floor. And like how do you imagine going to the bathroom with drinks and hookah?Even tho the manager talked to us, I don’t think that the problem was solved. He was very rude and not interested in the guest satisfaction

Do not stay here !! I read the reviews and thought to myself can’t be that bad ! Listen up i don’t even know where to start shall i start with the pube hairs all over the entire room and linen or the marijuanna clouds of smoke throughout the entire MOTEL or the resort fees that shouldn’t be charged because nothing about this pube hair infested MOTEL is a RESORT ! First off when you arrive you’re greeted by attitude after attitude and they smack their teeth when you ask for your “complimentary drink” go in some closet and come out with frozen something’s so you don’t choose your drink get that out your head. The hotel is old and small so small that you can literally hear EVERYTHING , i witnessed a couple fighting so hard and loud i just knew bullets would come flying through my room door at 2:30 AM it went in for hours i called the front desk no answer so i knocked on the ppl door and got cussed out bad and was told “we on vacation if you want to go to sleep you should’ve stayed home” so i called security again he came up and acted nervous and they finally stopped after two hours it was literally so loud we had to sleep with AirPods in. The next day the air went out allllll day mind you the room so tiny and uncomfortable you literally can’t turn around in the bathroom so we showered and was sweating because there was no AC. The pool view room is pathetic you’re starting out of a dirty filthy window at a pool with filthy water and was out of order no one ever gets in that pool don’t let the pink float fool you it’s TRASH ! The music blares alll night every night till about 2:30 am and drunk ppl dance and holler the entire time DAILY! The entire work crew is Spanish and don’t understand nothing they did remake our dirty beds with the same linen. We wiped down the room with Lysol wipes and moved the phone and it was full of weed residue you could literally roll a joint how much weed was under there. The valet is $50 my cousin was scared to walk bk to her moldy airbnb so she stayed with me in the other bed and pulled bk the covers to Pune hairs every where she valet at night till 3 am and I’ve since been doubled charged for a few hours i told them don’t charge me a resort fee this is not a freaking resort more like a pet resort. I promise I’d rather sleep in a rental car before i ever sleep in another south beach motel and now I’ve been charged $183 for what idk exactly because the manager Joel said he’d take care of the resort fees and I’m waiting to see if that happens oh and don’t forget your shower shoes because the bathroom was moldy as heck eww i can’t believe i booked this mess we ended up going to a resort in sunny isles that’s the only thing that made my vacation happy DO NOT STAY AT TRAP INN BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING MORE DRUGS THAN THE LAW ALLOWS AND RAGS TOWELS AND BEDDING FULL OF SOME MAN PUBE HAIRS ?

The male receptionist working 4/7/2024 between 1am-5am knocked on the bathroom door 20 times while I was in there. I was a guest of a guest after I tried to use the elevator he told me to go outside at 5am the morning. Very rude person and don't respect women.
We checked in to our “Rockstar room” which was supposed to include an ocean view, welcome drinks, breakfast and so on. First of all it’s a night club with rooms above. Very awkward to be carrying your luggage down the streets and around the night club to get in. Ocean view is laughable. You can maybe see a little sliver of it way off in the distance. The room over looked the party and was so loud we couldn't sleep. Earplugs were asked for and provided but it only slightly muffled the sound and our bed was vibrating. After a long flight all we wanted to do was sleep but we were up until 3:30am hating life. We were never offered the welcome drinks or breakfast the next day, we had to go down and ask for the drinks after giving up and giving in to the noise. The room has a sliding door to the bathroom that doesn’t shut all the way and the toilet is about 2 feet away from the head of the bed where my husband and I both blew it up right next to one another the next morning. The shower water was cold and their wifi is such a joke neither of us could get anything to load. I am so pissed I spend $450 for one miserable night at this place and the only reason they get a 3 star on service is because they did refund me for the second night. Do not stay here!!

I stayed in this hotel 3/11~3/13.When I was checking in the frontman said he will not waive the resort fee. But after I checked out, I found the resort fee on my transaction. I requested refund for several times but I can not get refund because there is no note for that. I waste over hours.If you have same situation, make sure note on your reservation.Also, I asked to find the man who said to me but I think they don't want to find them.(I post a picture of the receipt to prove that I don't lie)

The room is extremely small. Everything inside is old and falling apart. And don't forget the horrible smell in the hallway. Some day it smells like puke, some likes pee. The one thing that pissed our group most was we paid over $1600 for 3 nights and they couldn't keep out luggages after check out. The lady at the front desk was super rude. She pointed randomly and tell us to walk to the corner street somewhere to leave out lugged there. They wouldn't give tags for the luggage and again, the storage room smelled so nasty. I wouldn't waste money staying here ever again. Not to mention it is on a very busy street so we had to walk at least 2 mile away to get uber because all the streets around it are always blocked
