Terrible service. We went for a coffee and a dessert when we arrived there was no one at the counter to serve you we waited and a guy then approached. He took our order of 2 coffee and 2 desserts, he brought the desserts to the table and after 25 minutes we went to ask what was happening with the coffee, which he had forgotten and he didn't even have the courtesy to apologize, we asked for a refund and he took even more time to do it (ANOTHER GIRL) why the man who “served us” at first was so rude that he just ignored us. A waste of time and bad timing! TERRIBLE SERVICE

The avocado toast is surprisingly bad, the toast is not toasted, it’s soggy with the avocado and salmon, extra add on smoke salmon cost another $6, the avocado has not much seasoning, the whole thing is almost tasteless. The side salad doesn’t look fresh at all, cutlery was not clean. The only good thing is the the cafe itself is IG photo worthy.

Smoothie took 15 minutes to make when they were not remotely busy, tasted like water with a drop of blueberry, and cost $13. Big NO from me

Prices are ok but service is very bad. Tables and floors are dirty, salad came without sauce, I asked for sauce, it's been 20 minutes and it still hasn't come. We asked for freshly squeezed orange juice, it came like water. I wanted to talk to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager only works until 3 o'clock and none of them can speak English, I was not satisfied at all. It was a waste of my money. 👎

i ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and one of them with pancakes. i received one sandwich only and i did not receive pancakes….. must be difficult job. Don’t hurt your brain…

We set there with a toddler that was waiting for a pasta dish more then 30 minutes!
When it finally came after I had to ask the manager several times what’s going on with our order ,the Greek salad and chicken sandwich was not good, super dry and the toasted sandwich was cold.
The pasta dish was ok.
We ordered a breakfast sandwich as well and they forgot to put the vegetables in it.
Very bad customer experience. The manager kept saying that it’s because they are busy but all of the other tables that came after us already got their food orders…

I have been to several Crema cafe at other locations, this is the worst.

Asked for 3 hot chocolates with a croissant and an avocado toast, I had been here 45 minutes, they bought the croissant and the avocado toast. They came only with 2 hot chocolates after we already ate the croissant and the avocado toast. When I told a guy working there he told me to wait and I waited for the hot chocolate and it never came. My sister went inside to ask and she was told that she had to do the line again because she have to pay for the last hot chocolate because we only paid for 2. I’m not sure of that because I didn’t got the receipt but anyways if i was charged only for 2 and you guys already took 30 min on 2 stupid hot chocolates how can you tell me that I have to do the line again for the one missing. Don’t be ridiculous you could charge me the chocolate without me doing the line again.
