I came to this cafe through the recommendation of Stasher, a luggage storing company since me and my friends wanted to spend our last day on Miami Beach without our things with us. Despite the fact that this luggage storage was reserved and confirmed and I had paid for it, the man at the front desk said we had no reservation. When I asked if he wanted to see my reservation email, he refused to, which was bizarre. I even repeated if he wanted to see it to make sure he didn't mishear me and he refused again. He was very unhelpful and I recommend not coming to this place.

Guy was inside. Closed early. Arrived 10 minutes before closing. He did not even raise his eyes to look at me.Edit after response from owner:Not sure where the Absolutely false statement comes from? The place was closed before their posted hours of operation. Their google page states they are open until 8 pm Monday. I was there at 7:50 pm and the place was closed and a person was inside the business. I've added a picture of the time stamp on my picture.

Sam,The first night at bed when you left, Ron made out with 2 girls and put his head between a cocktail waitresses breasts. Also was grinding with multiple fat women.When you left crying at Klutch, Ron was holding hands and dancing with a female and took down her number.Multiple people in the house know, therefore you should know the truth.

Me and two of my friends went to this place to use their “luggage store” service for a couple hours. Unfortunately and because we believe people is going the right thing we didn’t check our suitcases a the moment they gave it back to us. Long story short, some employee of this place stole belongs of one of my friends -2 pairs of sunglasses to be exact- we have been trying to contact them but of course they not answer. Please DO NOT TRUST this place, the will open your luggage and take whatever they want and it be really hard to pruebe they didn’t it. Be safe out there!

Great service. Had my first cup of Cuban coffee. The owner was very friendly. We were talking about music from Motown to rock music. Held our luggage for us while we walked around Miami. I highly recommend this cafe.
