This place is horrible, the bed is broken, the door is broken, the air conditioning is broken, everything is old and dirty. The sound insulation is terrible, you can hear a movement outside the door. The elevator is inexplicable, the service attitude is poor, not recommended to stay

They robbed us when we went to dinner and no one answered us. We lost 7 thousand dollars. It was from November 3 to 7. I think it is tenacious. I leave this so that it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Worst hotel I've ever been to in my life, stinky, dirty, strong smell of cigarettes mixed with Mac......, beds with dirty sheets, no toilet paper, broken basin lid, in short, horrible... ...

Great prices. Got a luxury car for mid size price.

Don’t break your vacation too book this hotel like I did. I did the check in and when I got to my room there was the maintenance guy they was working in to my room and all the floors was wet. I talk to the manager for another room she say I can’t give you another room.ok I wait for 20 min for maintenance guy to finish.when hi left in the room nex door l listen a lot noise.when they open the door they do demolished on other room. I take my family and I leave from this place and I don’t stay one minute in that room and I lose my money and they broke my vacation.

You find all the rental companies as soon as you leave the airport, present your voucher at the selected office and go to the floor they tell you, your car will be there with the key.

Front desk is super rude. The place is very dated and run down. Understand what you are getting into. This is just a bunch of management companies, no real contact person and if you have an issue, good luck . Is on the beach, but go further south.

This place is horrible! Outdated and very noise. It’s impossible to sleep. People party really hard and there is no staff to complain about the noise. I almost called the police coz people were till 3am drunk by the pool. Btw the pool is not heated. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money in this place.

Not as advertised. This place is dirty and has warning signs that building is not safe. On the beach and views are good, but the place is old and in need of repair. Check in was a pain, need ID to even get luggage cart. Cannot express how run-down this place is. Staff not helpful. Transient people within building and pool area...smoking weed and hanging out. Disappointing
