Don’t break your vacation too book this hotel like I did. I did the check in and when I got to my room there was the maintenance guy they was working in to my room and all the floors was wet. I talk to the manager for another room she say I can’t give you another room.ok I wait for 20 min for maintenance guy to finish.when hi left in the room nex door l listen a lot noise.when they open the door they do demolished on other room. I take my family and I leave from this place and I don’t stay one minute in that room and I lose my money and they broke my vacation.

Front desk is super rude. The place is very dated and run down. Understand what you are getting into. This is just a bunch of management companies, no real contact person and if you have an issue, good luck . Is on the beach, but go further south.

This place is horrible! Outdated and very noise. It’s impossible to sleep. People party really hard and there is no staff to complain about the noise. I almost called the police coz people were till 3am drunk by the pool. Btw the pool is not heated. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money in this place.

Not as advertised. This place is dirty and has warning signs that building is not safe. On the beach and views are good, but the place is old and in need of repair. Check in was a pain, need ID to even get luggage cart. Cannot express how run-down this place is. Staff not helpful. Transient people within building and pool area...smoking weed and hanging out. Disappointing
Oh my god, where do I begin? Service or the condition the room was in???? Front desk staff is rude and will not try to help you in ANY way. The room is absolutely atrocious… patches of paint, damaged furniture, it’s peeling, broken and basic. I don’t want to sound privileged but holy sh*t is this terrible. The walls are completely damaged, cables to the tv running up the wall. We have five hangers and no drawers at all. There’s orange spots on every single wall from got knows what. Mattresses don’t have covers, I am terrified to even look under the sheets. All I can say is that this is the worst possible place you can ever stay in. Im not one to write reviews but they deserve it.

Big and clean, restaurant on the bottom floor food is decent. They have beach access 2 shops one on the main and another on the basement floor. Please watch the prices they over charge significantly. There is a washer and dryer in the basement floor. Pulling into the front of the building is a night mare. Pool is available with a bar next to if that serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Elevators are very slow. And the walls are thin you can hear everything outside of your room as if they were in the room with you.

Overall the experience was okay. Called the afternoon before our check-in to inform them that I would be arriving after 11PM. Was told not a problem security will give you the key after the employee confirmed my reservation. The next morning when we get ready to head out the valet cannot find our car for 30 minutes. Later on in the day we get locked out of our room due to lack of communication. When having a discussion with the receptionist she was very rude and just kept saying it was on the paper security gave you. My apologies I didn't read the paper security handed me at almost 2AM when we arrived. The only saving grace of the hotel is Peter Johnson the supervisor. Not only were the other other front desk workers very rude the beds were so old the slightest movement would cause the frame to make the most annoying sounds.

We stayed at an older condo. It's was very clean and neat with a fabulous view. Some minor touch ups would make it a 5. But very good for the cost and beach access. Restaurant downstairs is okay. Not much variety, but you can take a free trolley to a lot of stores and places to eat downtown.
