We ordered 1 appetizer and 2 burgers with side salads and paid $124 including tip. The ceviche appetizer was a small pile of cubed white fish with 4 hominy kernels, 4 cubes of carrot with salty lime juice. It was the worst ceviche that we have ever tasted. We sent it back to the kitchen and we were given a different appetizer of Aquachille. It consisted of boiled shrimp on top of sliced cucumber with lime juice and ice water. It also lacked flavor or complexity. Very bland. The burgers were overcooked and dry. The salads were small but tasted fine. My husband and I are both gluten free. My husband is also soy and dairy free. We both got glutenized and suffered gastrointestinal distress after dining here. As a result of this experience, we will never again visit another restaurant or property affiliated with the Ritz -Carlton. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. We had a better experience at Shake Shack.

The vibe is good but the food is mediocre and not representative of what’s on the menu. I ordered a green salad with heirloom tomatoes but I received a salad with baby tomatoes. There’s a big difference between baby and heirloom tomatoes. Fraudulent to advertise heirloom tomatoes and serve baby tomatoes. The burger is also tiny and bland. The mango chili dessert was good though.

A gem with ocean views, great food (I mean is by Chef Jose Andres!) and great service. Dilido Beach Club is def the best place to have a nice afternoon drink, a lunch before or after the beach.
One note only, a dj set with some chill house music would make the place even more cool.

Julianna is a treasure, a tesoro beyond compare. She is so much fun and really made our dining experience so special and wonderful! Her recommendations were perfect and the food was so delicious! I mean, I expect nothing less from the Jose Andres Group, but still the portions and flavors were perfect! Added bonus- got to see the gold cup matches!!!!
Cute place. Ordered the grilled chicken skewers. The sauce had a nice flavor then I realized they served me raw chicken. Sent it back. Lost my appetite after that. Didn't try anything else. Our waitress was the sweetest though.

Excellent bar and restaurant. Has a great vibe and staff. I had the octopus and it was out of this world! We also came back to the bar another time and enjoyed the handcrafted smoky margaritas at the bar. Tony and Chris were a dynamic duo that made incredible cocktails. They were very attentive to us and other guests. The entire ambiance is welcoming and fun. Make sure to check out the unique drink menu.
