Called them, they told me they are extremely busy and I have to hold tight. Telling me stories ... While I was waiting int the hotel lobby. My kids are already falling asleep, going to bed hungry.

Tried Calling to Order for a Delivery; after listening to the droning advertisement; no one answers the Call… I tried Calling TEN Times to Order a Pizza; even tried several times from another Phone Line. Who ever is working on Tuesday Evening October 15th 2024 between 6:45 and 7:20 doesn’t give a DAMM if they serve the Neighborhood where this Dominos is Located. Rude, incompetent and disrespectful

Ordered for the kids for homecoming. Was supposed to be delivered was not. When I called they told me it was just then being put in the oven and would take over an hour. Then I got a call back that they were at the gate of the complex, I was at the gate waiting they were not there. I tried to call back. I was hung up on four times, I get a call from the gatehouse that they delivered the pizza at the gate house. It was obviously cold by then the lady who answered the phone at the store didn’t know what she was talking about nor do I think she understood English.

Not recommended. We ordered pizza and empanadas at 11:00 p.m. and they never arrived. I made the claim at 11:40 p.m. and they were exposed that the order had been lost. We continue waiting, 01:30 hours and the order does not arrive. We don't ask for more in that place.
To flee! Ordered on Uber Eats, they deliver with their own delivery people but we never received the order. Impossible to contact them, the uber eats service also non-existent. It was only after this dispute that we saw that we were not the only ones in this situation. Thieves.

After a first call from the restaurant when the application tells us that the pizza is delivered we are told that it is a hoax and that it will be delivered to us in 10 minutes... in the end after 20 minutes of waiting still no delivery. Reminder of dominoes which assures us that they gave the pizza 50 minutes ago to reception. lie!!!!!!!!! In the end 1h30 later never seen a pizza complaint made to Uber Eat but it is clearly Dominoes who are scamming the customers. Just cooking pasta...

The Absolute Worst Experience with Domino's Pizza Ever. Nightmare!!!
Where do I begin with this absolute disaster of an experience? If I could give zero stars, I would. Our recent encounter with the Domino's Pizza store in Miami was nothing short of a catastrophe.
First, we placed our order through the app, which should have been the easiest part of the process. Initially, things seemed to be going smoothly. The app showed that our order was delivered after 30 minutes. The only problem? We didn’t receive anything. Not a single slice.
We called the store, and they assured us that the driver was on his way and would contact us shortly. Spoiler alert: we never received a call. Thirty more minutes passed, and still no pizza. We called again, and once more, we were told the driver would contact us. Again, no show. Fast forward an agonizing hour and 15 minutes later, and our order FINALLY arrived – but guess what? It was stone-cold.
To add insult to injury, we ordered garlic bread and received cheesy bread instead. When we spoke to the store manager, Zolle, she nonchalantly told us that they didn't have garlic bread and just sent cheesy bread without even bothering to notify us. The audacity! They didn’t even have the decency to call and ask if that substitution was acceptable.
Of course, all the food was cold and barely edible. I expressed our immense frustration to Zolle, who claimed she would "accommodate us" with another order in two days.
Fast forward two days later, and I called to place our new order. What followed was a circus of incompetence. I was put on hold EIGHT times, each hold averaging 8 to 10 minutes. Every time a representative answered, they simply said, "Domino's, hold," and then left me hanging. This is beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
In summary, our experience with the Domino's Pizza store in Miami was a nightmare from start to finish. From the non-existent delivery to the cold, incorrect order, and the complete lack of customer service, this was undeniably the worst experience we've ever had with Domino's. Avoid this store at all costs unless you enjoy frustration, cold food, and being ignored. Domino's, you've lost a customer for life.
