I can't really comment on the food, since my order was never delivered. Literally saw the delivery driver pass my location and leave. Keisha, who answered the phone was amazingly rude. I asked for the assistant manager and got Robinson. Unfortunately he was ever more rude, and refused to help since he stated we put in the wrong address. Asked to talk to the GM and he said she would be in on Wednesday. I placed a complaint on the app, and they asked me to call the store. I did, and then Robinson said he would have replaced the order if I admitted I had the wrong address. I said I would then record the call to make sure I understood and had the details straight, and he backtracked and either refused to answer yes or no questions and hung up. I see the store has such low reviews, and wished I would have looked up the reviews first. STAY AWAY. They even refused to return the tip or delivery charge. Had to request a charge back to try to recover my money.

If you want the nice cold pizza in two hour weight then order from here... They Do not answer the phone been on hold for about half an hour When the pizza arrived was nice and cold!!!

I wanted to complain about the poor quality of the pizzas in my last order at the Collins Avenue store at 33141. Super disappointed because I am a regular customer and I always order from that store but the last 2 pizzas I ordered were inedible, there was too much oil dripping from the pizza and my fingers were wet with oil. INEDIBLE. The flavor of the pizza was oily, there was so much oil that it lost the delicious flavor that they always have on pizzas. IT WAS DISGUSTING. It even made me want to vomit. We couldn't finish eating it because I swear that if I ate that whole pizza my liver would explode from so much oil.

This unit treats its customers like dogs. I ordered a pizza online, and despite leaving a note saying not to leave the pizza on the floor the delivery just threw the pizza on the floor and did not even knock on the door or ring the bell. If you like to be treated like dogs, go ahead and order from this unit.
Horrible customer service. I waited more than 2 hours for pizza delivery so I cancelled . Never got my money back. One manager only spoke Spanish so no way she understood me . Keep calling many times but never got any help or answers. Not recommend this place. Thank you
