This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. The food is low quality and made me sick to my stomach. They take more than 20 minutes just to serve you, and the whole place is dirty and disgusting. I even saw rats and cockroaches around, which is beyond unacceptable. Only one person is working, so the service is extremely slow and unprofessional. Honestly, this is one of the worst pastry shops I’ve ever been to — I would never recommend it to anyone.

First time I bought a cake from this place and I will never do it again. I had a Nutela cake made for my son for his birthday and it didn't have any Nutela and the cake batter was as hard as if it were old. I had it made 3 days in advance and I feel very disappointed because my son didn't like it and neither did the guests. I do not recommend this place.
Excellent service and traditional flavors. We loved it so much we went there for breakfast every day of our vacation. Everything we tried was delicious

Terrible service. The front desk staff was extremely rude to everyone in our group and showed a complete lack of respect. If you don’t want to be treated poorly, I recommend avoiding this place. On top of that, they overcharge customers by automatically adding an 18% service fee without informing anyone, which leads many people to leave an additional tip—resulting in paying around 38% extra on top of the subtotal. It feels dishonest and like they’re taking advantage of customers.

Worst service ever, the cashier Jessica was very rude and not approachable. She charged a service fee which she said it was for the owner Javier. This is disgusting. Tips should be for the employees. I asked for the owner's phone number and Jessica left without saying anything else.
