I had an amazing experience at Donatella! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made it even better. Paolo was incredible — he made us feel so welcome, was truly happy to serve us, and even spoke our language, which made the whole experience feel extra special. Highly recommend!
We came here for our anniversary. We had reservations for the terrace. However, when we arrived they advised us that a group had a party on the terrace and we could eat inside or outside (on a busy street during rush hour). We opted for inside. Another mistake - it was no quieter than the street with loud music blaring over the speakers. Horrible.
The food gets three stars because the artichoke heart appetizer and the pear/goat cheese salad were outstanding....

Waiter Paulo was leering over me waiting to see what I would put down for a tip in addition to the already existing 20% service tip on a $180 order for two people, and when I questioned him about it he got all snippy and rude. Unprofessional.
