Thank you so much for making the best Matcha in town. Nobody gets it right except you guys. It's REAL ceremonial matcha, not some sugary, fake mix of cheap green tea and some other form of tea that isn't matcha! It's amazing to me that other places charge $8.00+ for a cheap imitation and people buy it. Real matcha is smooth, earthy and literally has a significant calming effect on your mood. It doesn't make you jittery. THANK YOU!!!

Extremely mid by all measures. Prices are too high, quantity is too small, and the staff couldn't even be bothered to bring the food to my table. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

I asked for some chilli flakes to add to my salmon avo toast and the manager came over, telling the cashier to charge me for it.Charging someone for chilli flakes it’s absolutely ridiculous, especially to a regular customer.The amount of salmon on the avo toast was almost non existentCongrats, you just lost a customer over chilli flakes and not using your common sense.

Best ‘Wish’ sandwich I had in a while. Ordered a Turmeric Chicken Salad sandwich for $15 and wished they put some chicken salad in it. All I saw was two slices of bread and practicality no protein or salad. Very disappointed, still very hungry, now i need to go find another lunch ?

Weekly customer. Amazing organic food at reasonable prices.Saturday, June 18th I placed an order through Uber for pick up.An Uber driver picked up my order by mistake.The manager resolved the situation promptly making another order.I will continue going to Dr. smood but will place pick up orders in their app not Uber’s.

Let me start by saying the location, employees and atmosphere get 5 stars. Super clean, very chill and inviting. I’m giving it 3 stars because I paid $20 for a salad that was no bigger than a side salad at a restaurant. Listen, I will overpay for a salad - hello Pura Vida - but that thing usually feels like a brick when I pick it up.When I grabbed my Caesar salad w/turkey to walk home, I took a double take. I should have said something but I was in too much shock to say anything and going to be late for a conference call. The golden milk latte was tasty FYI.I’ve heard nothing but great things about this place so I’m bummed by my first experience here. Maybe their salads aren’t the way to go and I’m better off getting one of their juices or smoothies?

The customer service is non existent. The woman at the counter was so rude to me and the sandwich was stale. Sadly not coming back.
