Very close proximity to the beach which was lovely! And it has a washer and drier so that was extremely useful as well. However, during my 5-day stay I encountered 2 roaches, a leak and towels that were stained. In addition, the walls are so so thin you could hear everyone’s conversations from the hallway and other rooms. I expected more from a 4.7 star rated Airbnb.

Great location. Small but cute area. 3 stars because the smell was bad, like no one had been in there for months or maybe it was the mold, not sure but that's really the only complaint.

Self check in, this is an air B & B appartment, not a hotel. No security. The pictures look nothing like the space. There is a very noisy party going on over my head and noone to complain to. Bathroom is full of mold, live electrical exposed. The worse place I've ever stayed. Great location.

Just a basic place. No thrills

Great location, rather spare accommodations. The kitchen was missing some utensils and appliances. Having the pull-out couch helped with 4 people; I think 6 would be a crowd.

Large simple accommodations, practical for a few days or more. Like staying at the beach house, you don't use often + laundry. Clean, not immaculate (bugs). No fuss. Great deal and location. #4 Bright

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I wouldn't even give it any stars if I could. This place was advertised as a hotel, however when we arrived there was nowhere to check in and it was difficult to get a hold of customer service or an onsite manager. When we finally were able to get a hold of a customer service rep, that individual told us we did not book a hotel and that we had to virtually check in and that we would not be getting our rooms cleaned nor would our used towels be replaced. We were charged a service fee for no service provided, in addition to other charges for additional guests which we didn't have. When my husband finally got a hold of the owner and explained the situation, the owner yelled at my husband, cursed him and told him to get out of his property and get out of the State of Florida. We've never had such a bad stay and poor treatment like this before. There are more details I won't delve into, but bottom line was our stay at Drexel "Suites" was extremely negative. I would not recommend it at all to anyone.

We booked this place through Expedia! And stayed the weekend of ultra. The unit we got, was great! Everything was clean, and appreciated the linen, towels, the utensils. Beds were good! There was 5 of us and had plenty of warm water every day! Location is a plus, close to everything! The only thing that was a struggle was parking, but we were prepared for it. At least Saturday and Sunday, the lot across the street was used as public parking. We payed $40 for overnight stay and we could leave and come back every time we wanted. Again, prices were high due to Miami music week. Besides we downloaded parking apps on our phones that helped a lot.I would definitely go back!PS: they replied to every single email I sent regarding information in a matter of minutes!

Filthy. Unsafe. Drug dealers/users hang out in the terrace area. The whole building smelled of pot. Our family arrived for a glorious pre-cruise evening in South Beach, and left disgusted and fearing for our safety at this unit #10 rented via AirBnB. The unit was NOT as pictured - dirty, in poor repair. Broken floor tiles, cheap furnishings... parking is a challenge. Oh, and there is a hidden door (had a chair in front of it) in a bedroom with a staircase that is blocked by a 2x4 that we found. I’m sure the fire marshal would not approve. We did not stay on the property more than 10 minutes from the time we parked to the time we left. We found a hotel down the street. The host via AirBnB has repeatedly denied request for a refund, even though it’s the right thing to do. Save yourself the hassle - Read reviews on Trip Advisor, and avoid this building and management company! There are *numerous* names the owners use for this property on the various travel sites, making it a very shady enterprise that is hard to research. Posted a list I found to start with, but also Palma South Beach by RED Group Rentals.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I would give this place 0 stars if I could.... to start, it was dirty. No hand towels, dirty dishes, floor was filthy, stains on the bed. When we went out one night, someone was obviously watching us and came in WHILE A FRIEND WAS SLEEPING and stole all of our cash. They ONLY took cash because they know that we can't report that. They took a picture of our friend sleeping and took about $500 cash.... it looks like this happened 3 days before we checked in too (according to another review on trip advisor from June 18th). It appears to be an inside job with someone who has access to the apartment. The window was open and there were no signs of forced entry. They were very particular to put everything back in place and to ONLY take cash. When trying to get into contact with management they were very rude, unreachable and didn't take the situation seriously. They said there is nothing they can do. Again.... DO NOT STAY HERE! EVER! They will steal from you too.

TERRIBLE! Do not spend your money here. We booked through Airbnb and it showed good reviews....I wish I would have seen all these bad ratings prior to booking. When we arrived, a group of men were doing drugs in the courtyard outside of our building entrance UNIT 10. The entire building smelled of weed. We had a 7 year old child with us. Walked into the room and found dirty floors and it was nothing like the pictures. The one bedroom had a door that led to a dungeon looking stairwell with a 2x4 pushed up against the door at the bottom of the stairs. Makes you feel safe right? Wrong. We didn’t not feel safe here and I’m so thankful we followed our instincts and left. We didn’t even stay 5 minutes. We got a hotel on the beach down the road. I told Jason immediately when we left what happened and he apologized and asked us to stay. We told him no we had already left and got a hotel. He told me to contact Airbnb for our refund....Well I did that and they said when they spoke with Jason, he refused a refund and also DENIED there was drug use. How the hell would he know what was going on if he wasn’t there? Totally ghetto, disgusting apartment. Don’t stay here.

Drexel suits was absolutely the worst place to stay in and if I could give it 0 stars I would! We were under the impression that we were going to stay at a nice suite due to the misleading photos. When we first arrived, there was a horrible stench of mold and garbage, and there were ants crawling up the walls. Also, no amenities were provided, and our rooms were not clean. The bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper (we were 4 people staying for 3 nights), and it reeked of urine and mold. We tried contacting management or room service and they told us that they do not provide or replace any towels or toilet paper which was outrageous! The place also strictly prohibits loud music and parties after 10pm, however this clearly was not enforced as we were startled by yelling and loud music at 2am. We tried contacting the manager Jason about all of these issues, in which he was extremely rude and disrespectful. Jason was very unprofessional and disrespectful by stating that we should leave the state of Florida. Moreover, this was a horrific experience that completely ruined our family vacation! Do NOT stay at this place as it is not even worthy of being called a suite.
