My husband and I stayed at 1 Hotel in September and had an incredible experience. A special shout-out goes to Drift Cafe by the lobby, where we were fortunate to be served by Jailyn. She was exceptionally professional, caring, and attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.
The cafe has the best truffle popcorn snack I have ever had in my life! Jailyn also went above and beyond by surprising us with thoughtful touches for our kids, which truly made us feel cared for as a family.
We can’t wait to return again with our children, and we sincerely hope to see Jailyn when we come back!

As Miami locals, My good friend and I came to celebrate his birthday for some pre-dinner drinks at drift lobby bar. Our server, Jailyn F, Truly went out of her way to make our experience so special. She was super attentive, friendly, guided us to make the right choices with our drinks, and even brought out a sweet treat with a candle at the end! I would 100 out of 10 Recommend having a drink or even a small bite at this beautiful lobby bar with the hospitality that their staff shows. thank you!!!

Unfortunately there was a loud and drunk customer but the bar and hotel staff handled things in an excellent way. We love coming to the One because of the staff.
