Drift at the 1 Hotel Miami is such a great spot! The vibe is super chill, and the drinks are amazing. Edgar is the man – he made the best cocktails and was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

This tiny bar is awesome. The drinks are impeccable and the food is great! I had the most amazing Wagyu burger!! Bartenders make great drinks. If you do not want to sit at the small bar area, you can sit in the couch/lounge area and you will be served. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the truffle fries!!!

We’re staying at the hotel and wanted a evening cocktail that was located close. We ordered the empanadas and a couple of cocktails. The empanadas came out fresh and crispy. It paired very well with the garlicky and fresh chimichurri sauce. The drinks were very good and well crafted. We sat at the bar and got to see all the hard work the staff was doing. They put a lot of effort and care into their drinks. Great spot to visit when staying in the hotel.
