My husband and I stayed at 1 Hotel in September and had an incredible experience. A special shout-out goes to Drift Cafe by the lobby, where we were fortunate to be served by Jailyn. She was exceptionally professional, caring, and attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

As Miami locals, My good friend and I came to celebrate his birthday for some pre-dinner drinks at drift lobby bar. Our server, Jailyn F, Truly went out of her way to make our experience so special. She was super attentive, friendly, guided us to make the right choices with our drinks, and even brought out a sweet treat with a candle at the end!
