The girl taking orders is a very angry lady! Every time I go she’s in a bad mood and yelling for no reason. I was telling her my order and she yelled at me annoyed (all I wanted was almond milk latte nothing crazy!) and then called her coworker and started complaining in Spanish (I speak Spanish too) I left without my drink I was sure she was so angry she spits in peoples drinks or something.

This Dunkin got 2/4 of the items in my order wrong and charged me for oat milk when I ordered regular milk. The chocolate chip muffins also looked really weird - all the sugar was clumped in the middle?! Glad I chose a coffee cake muffin. Not the best Dunkin in Miami but also not the worst.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star they take forever to come to your table and greeting you and when you get to order, they bring you the coffee cold like I didn’t wait enough the customer cervices is extremely Rude and careless be aware do not support places like this I can’t believe they ruined the little time I have to enjoy a good coffee before work.
This place has a serious problem of mistreatment of customers, the workers are extremely abusive and rude to customers. I went to eat with my daughter who is a minor and they made us a horrible coffee and for asking if they could fix it or change it, we They yelled, they mistreated us and they called the police on us, and that's because I told them that I was going to call the corporate office too much. They don't want you to buy there. They don't like to prepare anything. They hate customers. They talk to you, annoyingly, so that you don't buy because they don't want to do anything and this place should look for real workers I don't understand how a food and customer service company can hate customers just for not wanting to prepare the food they need to hire trained staff to work and prepare the meals they sell very bad experience in this place
