I ordered a dozen donuts at this location. I used the mobile app. I arrived to get it and they told me they do not have any donuts and do not plan on making any anymore. No donuts at Dunkin’ Donuts! What a fricking joke. And the staff was rude as hell, in typical Miami Beach style.

I visited a Dunkin' Donuts location recently, and I had a disappointing experience with the cashier, Adianett. She displayed a negative attitude and informed me that they didn't have cereal milk. The matcha us full of matcha clumps she didn't even want to mix the drink. It felt as though she was unwilling to assist, making it seem like I was begging for good service. This interaction left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my visit.

I really try not to come here because every experience is subpar at best but it’s the nearest location to me. I’ve finally learned my lesson though. On top of not being able to mix a matcha latte if their lives depended on it, the staff continues to be miserable and treat their customers as such. It’s the same older woman in particular that continues to provide crappy service UNLESS you are a spanish-speaking gentleman. She might finally say good morning if that’s the case. Food and drinks here are always lacking no matter what you order. I’ve even catered for my team and was embarrassed at the quality. I’m begging management at this point to please retrain your staff or bring on people that actually want to be there!
The girl taking orders is a very angry lady! Every time I go she’s in a bad mood and yelling for no reason. I was telling her my order and she yelled at me annoyed (all I wanted was almond milk latte nothing crazy!) and then called her coworker and started complaining in Spanish (I speak Spanish too) I left without my drink I was sure she was so angry she spits in peoples drinks or something.
