I've been to the store three times this week around 4pm-5pm. I couldn't buy the kind of donuts we like (e.g. Boston creme) either day. They're open until 8pm, but by 4pm the shelves are empty, you can only buy the leftover donuts. Unfortunately, the situation was the same 2 and 3 years ago. I gave up and drove to another Dunkin Donuts store (because these donuts are my favorite), where I could buy everything I wanted. Shame...

The morning team looks lost they need to put attention to client needs because even when you ask for help they refuse in rude way, and makes it looks like the problem is with the customer. The place looks great but unfortunately the morning team clearly needs training in customer service, has a lot to improve.

I just went to eat. The donuts were delicious but the service was terrible, the girl at the cash register treated me very poorly, she was not friendly at all and when I asked her the price of a coffee she replied "they are on the sign, look at you", rude. The rest is fine but it doesn't make you want to return with that attention.

The ladies working are a disaster. My husband and I had to stand in the cashier to wait for them to finish their conversation as they were literally just standing there talking with each other and not doing any kind of work. We asked for a late and ice coffee and 2 hash browns for a quick snack as we were in a hurry. She give us the late and after about 15 minutes my husband asks about the hash browns as we were in a hurry and she says “what hash browns?” After charging us for them! We then had to wait longer for them to actually make them because she forgot she even charged us and no one else bothered to check if there was something else needed to complete our order. Very disappointing as this is a prime location for a such a poorly staffed dunkin donuts.

The lady that was working there saw me walk in but she chose my degree me. She thought I was believed because it was so early. Also, she gave me the sieves that looked like it was plastic. It was very nice unattractive, it wasn't even heated up, it's a donut. It seemed like they grew from the day before. It just didn't taste very good at all. The latte sucks our attitude. Sucked, everything sucked there worst dunkin'.Donuts I ever been to.

This place is awful, the staff is insanely rude. Got oue order wrong and would not be correct it. Their food clearly doesn't follow standard Dunkin donuts procedure as there products seemed to be eye balled, ice coffee was 90% milk. They would not be correct it and got it angry. Terrible place stay away, give business to local places that deserve your money.
Lol who runs out of donuts. The attendant didn't speak a word of English and couldn't help when my small nephew asked what was inside the only 3 flavors left. Another person came in and was flabbergasted that there was not enough donuts or choices. I told him to go to the one on Alton and 15 th. Place is filthy as well

Although I keep Kosher, I can not recommend this Dunkin Donuts. The staff was incredibly rude, both to myself and my children. They barely had any of the ice cream flavors and half the ones they had were melted. They charged us for an extra coffee that they refused to refund us for. Horrible experience, would give zero starts if I could.
