I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese. On a plain bagel. They do not serve sausage at this location. It’s a vegetarian sausage. When I asked about regular sausage. I was told because of culture. Little oxymoron don’t you think? I understand you want to respect the culture of vegetarians. I respect them as well. Serve both. How are you going to ask for respect of your culture, but disrespect me on mine?

Cashier is very rude, I paid, but would not let me use bathroom and then immediately said “we’re closed.” Without any kind of polite comment, when online it says it closes at 8 pm.

We order through the app some coffees.. it was 6.50pm. The app shows the store close at 8pm. We arrived at the location 7.05pm. It was closed, and the employee inside said “we closed at 7.00pm today”. We asked them about why they accepted our order and why he didn’t cancel it. He didn’t even answer… he closed the door on our faces.

I had some extra time in Miami and told my wife I wouldn’t drink any booze so I dropped by for an ice cream. The set up here is different and you almost have to be a skilled linguist to get through some of the myriad languages and accents. Not much in ice cream selection. No chocolate chip, no chocolate almond. Kind of hunh, why am I here.

Employees are nice and everything but the drink has WAY TOO MUCH ICE I had 4 sips and it’s was all gone . THEY PUT MORE ICE THEN THE ACTUAL DRINK . NOT HAPPY!

Very bad experience, they gave my husband kosher bacon and he asked the lady to change his sandwich and she refused that because she said don’t want to make another one and we can throw away the sandwich if he don’t want kosher bacon.

I visited this Dunkin' location today and had a very disappointing experience. The woman at the counter was extremely unfriendly and seemed unhappy to be there. She told us that none of the items we asked for were available, without offering any apology or explanation. There was no effort to provide alternatives or show any kind of customer service. Definitely not the experience I expect from Dunkin’. No recommend.
