Der Herr, der das Bagel zubereitet hat hat dies mit "Liebe" gemacht und sehr konzentriert, man konnte zusehen und auch dieser war sehr freundlich und das Bagel war schnell fertig, sehr saftig, frisch gemacht und super lecker, werde definitiv wieder kommen :-)

everything very rich. The girl at the cashier was super friendly and so was the cook. The place very clean and pleasant. The station is super stocked with condiments and utensils. We lived a block ago a year ago and it's the first time we came because it always closes at 2 pm😢 We will return without a doubt! I'm going to start getting up earlier

The hot bagel with egg was delicious, a cold bagel with cream cheese was okay. The “hash browns”, which were made of some smelly cheese, tasted really disgusting.
This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Placed a large order 5 days in advance for a business breakfast. They charged me, then did not deliver the food. I lost the business relationship with the vendor I was presenting to, had to go to Zak the Baker and paid $500 additionally to make sure the client had food. Then when I went to the store, the GM Flo was super unprofessional. She told me that she could not refund me and I had to contact the catering director. It was basically a game of telephone where no one answers the phone. The store, the GM Flo, the catering director Lori, no one would answer my calls or respond. I will never use or recommend Einsteins bagels ever again. I still have not received my refund or an apology for the damage caused because of their lack of preparation and professionalism. So unfortunate.
