Food is amazing! We come here whenever we are in the area and it never disappoints. The Plato Mixto is always great to try a little of everything and the Habanero hot sauce they make in house is the best. Atmosphere is great and perfect volume of music. I can’t recommend it enough.

Excellent place to try the authentic flavor of Mexico, the pozole I ate today was delicious, the very friendly staff Francisco recommended the best dishes ?

We came in by mistake and we did not regret it.
Food was great, service was amazing and they served everything fast.
All the plates were amazing.
I recommend trying the Big Burrito and please have the fried ice cream for dessert. If you wanna try something before the main course, go for this little banana bites, they are just awesome.

I hate to give a bad review but wife’s dish was inedible. The carnitas they served her were way overcooked and dry. Too tough to chew or cut with the knife supplied. Manager just wanted to give excuses but no replacement or compensation. We paid the bill with tip in full. Won’t be back.

We moved to this area from South Beach and were looking forward to checking out some local places. We were extremely dissatisfied by the margaritas which tasted like dish soap. The establishment smelled like bleach and the atmosphere was dead. My husband ordered another margarita after letting the bartender know he was less than happy with the first. The bartender offered no explanation and made an equally poor margarita. Overall the food was decent but the atmosphere and drinks were poor. The busser was extremely friendly and did a great job, thank you for her service which saved the evening.

They were in SOBE years ago and then i lost them and now that we moved to surfside i found them again. Oooo its good mexican food. Also their michelada is to die for.

Even when I lived in Coral Gables in early 2000s when I watered Mexican food, I would make the drive up to Rancho Grande! That’s right this restaurant has been going on 20 years and every time it seems to get better. Whether I’ve gone for lunch after work at a nearby construction site, with family and my dog on their outside tables or an after Full Moon party dinner date (they are located close to North Shore Open Space Park) it is still the best.

Their chicken burritos are huge and well seasoned as are my other favorites their chicken fajitas. Make sure to leave some space for the yummy side dishes, such as the sweet plantains with Cotija cheese and of course their chips and salsa. They are also great with customizing dishes, such as no avocado for me and will make a separate plain grilled chicken when you bring your dog.

Their desserts, especially the fried ice cream is also a must have and when it’s cold in Miami (under 60°) their chicken tortilla soup hits the spot
