I was in Miami and I couldn't help but pass through one of the most iconic local streets: Española way. I came across several receptions, but this place struck my curiosity. Really nice place, well done, extravagant but consistent with the place you are in but all of a sudden it's like being catapulted overseas to Spanish soil. Super welcome from two Italian guys, Neapolitans to be precise, who after taking care of me and my girlfriend, only at the end introduced themselves as the owners of this place. Roberto and Sergio, two exquisite and truly passionate people and serious connoisseurs of this sector which is often the victim of cynical and incompetent "entrepreneurs". Quick service from the staff absolutely ready for any eventuality, in the right time, smiling, quick and precise. The right variety in the menu and absolute goodness of the dishes, raw materials and labor in the kitchen from those who really know how to make their customers happy. Very happy to have been involved and overwhelmed by this new project, absolutely winning, original and above all done with a lot of heart, passion, dedication and many sacrifices. Well done, highly recommended! As soon as I return to Miami, I know where to start... but also where to end!
