I would avoid buying tables here, got a bottle for $544 1 patron 1 750ml juice. Our “Server” which she never introduced herself, didn’t even come back to check if we were okay after dropping off the bottle or to see if we wanted to purchase more. Dj was great but over all place was so packed when we got there no room to walk to the bar had to say excuse every step I took. The guys up at the front were helpful but I don’t think I’ll come back for a table after this experience, I’ll do GA instead. Also didn’t like that I had to wait for this Asian/filipino lady to finish her text message to respond to me for water WHICH THEY DIDNT HAVE!!! It was 3:43AM “I only have liquor” She told. I ask for tap at least; she said “nope” and nodded and shrugged her shoulders. So I had to use the left over ice that was left cooling our bottle to hydrated over 5 people.

Don’t waste your time. Worst setup for a club you could imagine.

They advertise for free entry and will hold the line until after the advertised time to charge. Scamming at its best.

More of a younger crowd Literally Over priced club If you wear sandals it's $20 to get in Once inside it's mainly all $500 sections and space on two sides near the bar It's a real hole in the wall to be honest for the price I paid

Celebrating my Nieces 21st Bday, Janaya really came thru with the bottle service. Janaya brought out every lady in da club twerking and popping. We had a great time!

Please do not go there! Very very unprofessional. The manager (Chad, no sure if that is his real name) was very disrespectful and rude towards me, my sisters and friends. The website never specified an extra charge at the door so we asked for refund, which we still haven't gotten back. The promoter promised we will have a refund without a problem but so far nothing yet.
I respectfully asked for a simple explanation and he refused to even looked at me and asked us to leave his property.

Worst handling of prepaid clients worst yet the manager treated my girl disrespectfully! Absolute trash place. They had already bought the tickets and the place hiked the prices for an additional 30. Then the owner said get her off my property. Like sir she’s a leveled up nurse practitioner that chose to have night out with her family and you ruined it. Worst place in existence and terrible handling clients.

They treat you terribly, don't waste your time

Came for the Hunkorama show and was not disappointed. Very entertaining.

The WORST nightclub experience I've ever had. I reserved bottle service online and paid a $200 deposit to reserve specific sections. But when we arrived, the outside was pure CHAOS! No organization at all and everyone was arguing with security. It was almost impossible to speak with someone about our reservation. Once we spoke to someone, we found out that none of the sections were available and the staff tried to create a makeshift section in the middle of a walkway! Not only was this extremely unsafe since the club was extremely PACKED, it did not fit our party of 5. We immediately informed the staff that we will not accept this and requested a refund. The next day I spoke to management and was told I would receive a refund, however, 2.5 weeks later this has not occurred and they are no longer answering my text messages. I'm also in the process of filing a BBB complaint. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!

Place is a joke! South Beach Club Trap! Exchange at your own risk

Definitely a spot that allows under age kids to come in and drink knowing that it is irresponsible for a club to allow this. May 18, 2024 at 3am I get a call from my son’s friend while they were out after prom (a bunch of 18 year olds) that my son could not drive home because he had too much to drink. How does a club that says you can’t enter under 21 allow 18 year olds in there club and serve them drinks.

Exchange should be shut down. This will be reported. I had to drive and go get my 18 year old son who was wasted on the sidewalk because he was too impaired to drive home from what should have been a fun prom after party experience night.

Parking: Stay away from this place it’s worst then a brothel

Exchange club is great!! Super fun time for my sister in laws bachelorette with great service
