The atmosphere is chill. The food was average bar food. The drinks were good and kept us going back.

Our 2nd time here and will be the last. I thought I’d give it one last try. Service was definitely bad. This place needs to be closed down. The bartender/server/ whatever else he was doing (Kyle) a huge mess. Doesn’t smile, doesn’t care and has little to no patience. A lot of whatever was going on the outside seating didn’t look legal. Where in the hell was MBP?? I feel that if gratuity is included, why should they feel the need to impress the customers….right?

On the 26th of November 2025 we walked into this location expecting to buy some good frozen drinks. Upon us entering the establishment we asked if they were open and they just pointed inside they barely acknowledged us the young was on her phone she did not look up. The tall gentleman seemed like we were bothering him. My partner was interested in buying an electric lemonade but wanted a sample 1st to make it wasn't too sour she was told no because it's against the law to give samples of alcohol and they would lose their liquor license. We left without purchasing anything due to poor customer service. We then went to wet Willie's and upon arrival before purchasing our 2 drinks the bartender Liz multiple samples without us having to ask. Spend your money at Wet Willie's it's around the corner and they're more friendly and inviting.

The bartender with short curly hair was lowkey rude to me in front of my boyfriend being our last weekend in Miami and she made a random unnecessary comment about me and said I looked like a cartoon character and laughed. Also there Jell-O shots were hella melted. Me and my bf are NOT coming back here again!

The first visit We went early around 3:00 pm to try and get food but the bartender stated he couldn’t cook anything due to being the only one there, his cook wasn’t coming In until later that evening. Went back the next day late and the boneless buffalo wings were good, the lemon pepper were very salty but the sweet chili were good. They don’t have bone in wings. Menu is limited.

Great place and great staff unfortunately there is one staff member who is an older gentleman and is very negative. He threatened to kick me out as I was looking at my phone accusing me of smoking marijuana. He needs to be removed from this establishment immediately.

We usually love Fat Tuesday and were very excited to visit on our trip to Miami… very disappointing. We visited on December 14th between 2 and 3pm. The lady at the counter was very rude. There was only 2 other customer seated and us who ordered at the counter so she wasn’t very busy. She seemed very unpleased to be there and the way she was responding to us indicated that. I ordered a pineapple/amaretto in a refillable cup and she asked me what kind of alcohol I wanted in it, I was a little confused because I had never been asked this question before, she made it seem like it was included and normal step when ordering… so I asked if it was included and she said no so I declined to have any extra added. I had no issues with extras but it should be mentioned differently… I’m sure they get a lot of extra money but tricking customers like that. Then she poured my drink in the cup and rang in on the cash register, I saw the price of my drink plus a gratuity of 18% ($4,38) but I never had a choice to change it or remove it. I wish she hadn’t poured my drink because I would’ve just left empty handed. The worst is when I paid I was prompted to add even more gratuity. Ridiculous. It’s up to the customer to choose the amount of gratuity they want to give, she’s paid to pour the drink that’s all she did. Gratuity usually is for being pleasant and helpful and she was none of that. I was tired and didn’t want to argue so I just paid and left. She didn’t deserve any gratuity for doing her plain basic and simple job which she was hired to do…. She should not be working in customer service. I always tip when I have good service but this lady is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in a while. MAJOR TOURIST TRAP !!! I would avoid at all cost and just wait until you’re in Vegas to go as their employees seem genuinely happy to be there and to interact with their customers.
