The food was good, but the staff was very cold, we had to call them to get them back to our table. Took a long time to get the check and to get them to return our card. All restaurants in Miami add 18 to 20% to the check for tips. I see why because their poor customer service they would never get a tip.

My sister and I are visiting Miami from Dallas Texas and we came here for the first time today and had exceptional service and food. The coffee was amazing. The food was also wonderful and our waitress Sandra was very attentive and did a wonderful job. We will definitely be back!

have to finally leave a review… I’ve been coming here almost daily for the last few months, every morning for coffee. My boyfriend likes the cafe con leche and is VERY VERY particular and will only drink it if Ms Morena makes it. I like to switch it up sometimes an Americano, something just a black coffee and very rare I’ll do a cappuccino. But it’s however we have it it’s always fresh and hot. I’ve tried the other coffee spots up and down Collins and although some look super fancy I still prefer coming here to FL Cafe to Ms Morena. Herself and the staff are so friendly, always smiling and the restaurant itself is always open, airy and clean. Highly recommend from a LOCAL’s POV! Thank you team at FL Cafe for making my snobby coffee self happy everyday haha!! ?

Had a coffee in here today. I must say that Sandra our server was really unwelcoming and everything seemed too much for her. No customer interaction at all. The Coffee wasn’t that good either. Do not come here if you want service with a smile. ☹️

Literally the best brunch spot in south Beach. Miss Morena is the sweetest lady and always has the most exceptional customer service. I will spend all my money here if I was you :)

First time here. Service was very slow. Food looked a lot better than it tasted. Our group was there for breakfast. The potatoes gave me heartburn. Didn't finish since they tasted like they were fried in old oil. I was very disappointed since their food presentation was really appealing.

Stopped for a beer as I was a little thirsty. Half pint of draught IPA came to 12 dollars. I guess they sneaked on a tip although they left the tip option open on the bill but even with the expectation in South Beach of getting rinsed 12 dollars for a half pint in a dead restaurant ? Come on. Avoid.
