It's so hard to justify the prices at Fresh - it's all because of convenience. Since the last time I visited Fontainebleau which was not too long ago, the prices have gone up significantly. There is an automatic service charge even if you just pick up the food yourself and don't choose to have poolside service. I would recommend exploring other lunch options that are just a short walk away before buying food from here unfortunately. The quality is good though!
The salted caramel gelato was yummy. I got the mangolicious smoothie but it mainly tasted like banana which was one of the ingredients. Would’ve liked a more mango flavor but it was still good, tasted refreshing. I like how close it is located to the pools. Inside was nice. Service was great and fast.
Every large-scale hotel has that one place that just isn’t up to par. This is it at the Fontainebleau. I had the shrimp Caesar salad which was very overpriced at $38. Shrimp had no seasoning and rest of salad was very bland. Daughter had chicken tenders and fries which were decent looking. Also, I get the idea behind the service charge in Miami, but all they do is call your name out to come pick up your food. Not sure how that’s “service” but in any event. Try the other...
