So sad to hear another gem has closed. 😞 This was always our first stop whenever we were in Miami — the cauliflower bites were to die for. So, so sad to see it go. 💔
Very expensive for the small portions and the flavor did not wow us. We loved planta in south beach but it closed ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ may try this again in the future and I don’t like giving average review for my beloved vegan restaurants but I need to be honest with fellow veggies😄

The starters were special and very good. The cheese cream was the best I ever had Updated from previous review on 2025-07-06
Very good food in a cozy lovely atmosphere
Full Bloom is a nice unpretentious greenery laden Vegan restaurant which is lately the best! I particularly am happy to encounter Top hostess -"Jenny" , who is a sincerely warm welcoming person who cares about you as a customer / diner ! And "Fransica" makes sure you are pleased with the selection of Vegan fare - AND doesn't rush you ! She'll explain each dish if needed. And, the food was great, much better than a few years ago, probably bc of change of chefs. The breaded Califlower is exquisitely delicious and so are the "soft, but crispy" Yuca fries. Maine dishes vary as you can ask for the special too.
5/5 for all categories! Loved the location, aesthetic, vibes, staff, and most importantly the food! Some of the fluffiest perfect vegan pancakes I’ve ever had, flavorful steak fajita/tacos, ceviche was so fresh! Will be back very soon to try more.
Food was good, but overpriced. We had big expectations and left a bit disappointed.
The food was well prepared and delicious as expected. The desserts were really good, especially recommend the lava cake! The staff was super friendly as well, with plenty of recommendations. Would give 6 stars if we could!
Fui porque tenia buena evaluación y por ser completamente vegano, siempre priorizo eso. Pedà los breakfast tacos, que estaban buenos, no increÃbles, pero la porción es demasiado pequeña para el precio. Lamentablemente no volverÃa.

Really nice restaurant close to Miami beach. Lots of gluten free options. Nice atmosphere and the desserts was perfect.
We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday here. While the food was really good, the portions for the price was a little expensive. A kid’s beyond burger and 3 yuca fries was $18. I ordered the empanadas and they were delicious but I only got 2 for $15. The ravioli was good. We got the lava cake and it was delicious. They came out and sang to my daughter so that was sweet!
Nice little outdoor seating area, friendly service and the food was the best of my 2 week trip in America. In a country which is heavily meat based, this place was crazily satisfying!
Coming from New York, we have high standards for vegan restaurants, and still, Full Bloom fully blew us away. It was so good we went two nights in a row. We try to keep to healthier options, so on our first visit, we started with the raw banh mi (technically an entree, but we had it as our appetizer). It was fresh and highly flavorful; great if you want a lighter option. Next, we had the meatloaf. This was our favorite dish; we’ve never had anything like it. It is topped with a red wine-based glaze with tons of flavor, and we loved the crisp pan-seared edges. It was accompanied by two generous sides: mac and cheese and chickpeas. An epic and satisfying dish. We also had the spaghetti lentil bolognese. Tasty and hearty. On our second visit, we started with the house classic causa encevichada, a Peruvian potato and avocado-based mash with tons of flavor. Next, we had the winter salad which was great and packed with antioxidants. For our entrees, we considered getting a double order of the epic meatloaf but ultimately got one meatloaf and one order of Mongolian beef. We were very impressed with the homemade seitan; it was succulent and tender and very well seasoned. We delved into the dessert menu to try the chocolate ganache pie which was a delicious way to end the meal. We were pleased to find that they serve Brewing Life local kombucha, which paired perfectly with every dish. Honorable mention goes to the manager who was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable, and professional. We wish we had a place like this closer to home with generous portions of amazing wholesome vegan food made from scratch with love.
I wish I had read the reviews saying that the chef had left before eating here tonight. The Mongolian beef seitan was bland and rubbery with over cooked and under seasoned vegetables (waitress recommendation), the mushroom ravioli were so overcooked they were falling apart and swimming in butter. The bbq mushroom skewer app was…fine.
