Paid $15 for an açaí bowl. It was not even a quarter filled. Only had 2 slices of banana less than 5 blueberries and a singular strawberry. I was asked if I wanted peanut butter said yes, got charged an extra $3 which I did not mind but they gave me a penny sized amount of it. Not worth the money. Worst açaí bowl I’ve had and for the price I paid they should’ve given a decent portion.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype
Visited as a group of three. Only one of us asked for a sample (just one!), yet the staff insisted we could only order one sample for the group. We bought chocolate and vanilla—both were underwhelming. Strawberry was the other one. It was rhe only flavor that stood out. At checkout, the attendant asked for a tip, which felt bold considering the lackluster service and rigid attitude. Seems like they skipped school the day they taught where good service earns a good tip

Amazing place for Ice cream with several flavors. Perfect for morning coffee and croissants. And the great asset of the place are the ladies working there. They are friendly and always smiling, helpful. Specially Irine (not sure of the spelling) the Brazilian lady if am not mistaken and Andrea from the morning shift. It was my second time and I believe every time i’ll visit Miami will pass by the place just to say Hi and grab a coffee or Ice cream. Keep up the smile always 🙂❤️

I had an amazing experience at this Gelato Shop! The gelato here is absolutely incredible. The staff was equally impressive; so kind, professional, and welcoming.
I visited this gelato place for the second time because I had such a great experience the first time with their cannolis. Naturally, I decided to come back and try their gelato, but unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment.
They have a note that says you can only try one flavor, which is understandable. I asked for a single sample since I was planning to buy a cup with multiple scoops and wanted to make a good choice. However, the girl serving me gave me the sample with such a bothered face, as if she were doing me a favor. This same attitude was shown to everyone in my group, making the experience awkward and uncomfortable for all of us.
If offering a single sample is such a bother for the staff, then they should simply stop offering samples altogether. It’s not about the policy—it’s about how the staff treats customers. This kind of attitude really ruins the experience, no matter how good the gelato might be.
Would I come back? Probably not, given how unwelcoming the service was this time. It’s disappointing when customer service doesn’t match the quality of the product. And no, the store wasn’t crowded when we ordered, it was my group and two other customers.

Frankly, I much prefer to come see these young Italian women than the big, well-known chain which starts with an S and ends with an s. You are recognized every day, the staff is friendly and smiling every day without exception. We have our iced coffee in the morning at their place and the ice cream in the evening. They always have a kind attention or a kind word and it’s very clean. Two three tables inside and a little more outside.
