Service was chaotic and beverage arrived after the main course. Super loud in large room off the pool.
Beyond Amazing!!!!!!!!!! From the staff, to the food to the drinks and lastly to the ambience, this place is a must visit.
A state of art place. Stunning everywhere you look. There are several dining rooms and all diferent. The main area is surrounded by a French fountain pool. And all the walls and flora have stones from Italy. The entrance resembles a poudsda with hotel rooms on the upstairs surrounding the lobby. Just amazing. A great experience for sure!
We had a great evening and delicious food. The service was good as did not push us to go or order additional items. The villa is of course spectacular
I told them its my wife birthday but nothing soecial was offered. The next table guest told the weither that is her birthday.
Service was horrible. Had to keep waiting for servers to even look in our direction. The only option for cars was valet which was $40+tip. They make you pay 20% grat regardless of service and everyone at the table has $40 min including kids which was not mentioned to us beforehand. It should be included when we are booking
From the moment we arrived, the experience was great! Someone greeted us outside, showed us where to check in, and we were seated right away. The table had a perfect view, and everything moved so smoothly. The food was really good for the price, and the mocktail was delicious. We had the Gianni's salad, hamburger, and sorbet for dessert , all super fresh and flavorful. It was a 3 course meal, and we enjoyed every bite. Our waiter was amazing! Super polite, quick, and really took his time explaining the menu. He started off in Spanish, but when I mentioned my husband didn't understand, he repeated the whole thing in English which we really appreciated. The mansion itself is beautiful and spotless it definitely lived up to the expectations. Such a unique dining experience, I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Miami!
Food was delicious! We ordered the Lobster pasta and the Wagyu steak. Perfectly cooked, charred and seasoned! The lobster has great flavor and the pasta was perfectly al dente! The Mojito was 10/10! Servers were great as well! I wish I could remember his name to give him some kudos! My only complaint would be the temperature, but it is Miami. Fans were definitely blowing but if they had AC i'd give them 5stars!
Great experience. Beautiful property. Very impressed with the food. Went in thinking it would be more ambience and less on the food. I was wrong. Good was delicious and plenty of it. Great place to take your out of town family and friends. I will be back.

Lunching at the Gianni Versace Mansion felt like stepping straight into a fashion fantasy—every inch of the place is picture-perfect and dripping with old-school glamour. Truly one of the most stunning and Instagram-worthy spots in Miami. The service? Flawless. The team treated us like royalty without an ounce of pretension. And that three-course set lunch? A total 10/10—every bite was as fabulous as the setting. For the quality, vibe, and iconic location, the value is unbeatable. If you're looking to sip, savor, and serve a little main-character energy, this is the lunch spot.
Not impressed! Check in felt like a Chilis. Waited over half an hour with reservations. Food was subpar. Not memorable! Had a drip that kept dropping on me during dinner from ceiling. Way too many tables on Patio in front of fountain. Will not ever go back. There are way better places. I was very surprised as I was expecting an upscale experience and was completely disappointed by the entire night.
A special experience in a special place that makes you feel like a special person! As soon as you enter the gates of the Versace Mansion it transports you to an exotic foreign place, where you are treated in a gracious manner and indulged with the finest luxuries one could ask for (even the bathrooms are worth mentioning for how nicely appointed they are and clean). Entering the poolside dining area is an enchanting voyage, and once you are seated you are able to take all the grandeur in. With expansive wine and cocktail options, you are sure to find the perfect pairing to your 5-star meal. There is no bad decision made when ordering at Gianni’s. This experience is cultivated to entice all your senses and take you to a near nirvana state. If you’re in Miami Beach, treat yourself and experience the specialness of Gianni’s!

I have visited this restaurant in the past and had a pleasant experience. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. This time around I unfortunately had a very negative experience. Food took so long to come, lunch ended up being an almost 4 hour ordeal. The server appeared to turn his nose up at some of us not ordering drinks and was pushy on us ordering mocktails when we said we did not want alcohol. When it came time to order, all the lunch menu meals came with no sides. When I tried to order a side of fries the server made a face and said that's only served for children, which was offensive and nonsensical. The steak, already an upcharge of $12 to make it a $52 meal, was just a slab of overcooked meat on a plate. It felt unnecessary to treat paying customers in such an indignified way. Happy for my good experience in the past, but I won't be returning given the changes that this restaurant has undergone.

Dining at Gianni’s isn’t just dinner — it’s a full-on sensory experience. From the moment you step past the iconic gates on Ocean Drive, you feel like you’re walking into a living postcard. The glow of the chandeliers, the intricate mosaic floors, and the open courtyard all whisper luxury, history, and a touch of drama. Sitting under the night sky with soft music in the background, you can almost feel Gianni Versace’s presence watching over the space.
The food matches the setting — striking, intentional, and unapologetically indulgent. The whole Branzino, grilled to perfection, stole the show. Its skin was crisp but not dry, revealing buttery, flaky fish inside that melted on the tongue. The capers and lemon gave it a pop of brightness, while the bed of arugula added a fresh peppery contrast. Paired with a side of roasted potatoes (golden, crisp on the outside, tender inside) and perfectly blanched green beans and carrots, it felt like a dish that respected both flavor and simplicity.
Pasta lovers would be remiss not to try their handmade spaghetti. The portion was elegant, not overwhelming, with a silky coating of sauce that clung to each strand. It had that perfect al dente bite that can only come from fresh pasta.
For cocktails, the Lychee Martini was an absolute standout — lightly floral, not too sweet, and served with a flourish of fresh lychees and an orchid that made it photo-worthy.
And then came dessert — which is where Gianni’s really flexes. The lemon meringue arrived like a piece of edible art, crowned with gold flakes and edible flowers. Light, airy, and perfectly torched, it was just tart enough to cut through the richness of dinner. For chocolate lovers, their decadent chocolate tower is a must — layered with rich mousse and crunchy textures, it was as dramatic as the mansion itself.
Service was warm but not rushed, which lets you soak up the atmosphere. This isn’t the place for a quick bite — this is where you come to linger, to celebrate, to make a night of it.
Final Thoughts: Gianni’s is more than a restaurant — it’s a Miami institution where history, fashion, and food come together. Come hungry, come curious, and come dressed like you’re ready to be seen. This is the kind of meal that lives rent-free in your memory long after the last bite.
