Diamond Pizza & Burger Coffee

The food was horrible! Ordered a combo that comes with a cheese pizza for delivery to my hotel. They sent a pie with pepperoni. When I called to complain they proceeded to say I ordered it that way. Clearly I didn’t because the combo comes with a regular cheese pie AND I don’t eat pork! When I called to complain the lady hung up on me. When I called back she asked why I couldn’t just take the pepperoni off. They sent a cheese pie to replace it that was cold! They also wanted the pepperoni pie back.. I pray they didn’t resell it. The beef and chicken empanadas had no taste. The fries were undercooked. The Philly cheesesteak came with lettuce and tomato. Where they do that at!? The wings were fired until they were dry and the blue cheese tasted just like mayo! The spinach and cheese empanadas were the only tasty thing. When in town I would NEVER order from here again.

I got charged $18 for 3 slices of pizza… But a whole large pizza 16 in is $17.99. I asked the waiter why she didn’t tell me the price difference… She shrugged her shoulders and told me that the price for the pizza slices is not written anywhere anyway. I’m baffled with the customer service tactics. Btw she was asking for a tip

The food was horrible. I ordered garlic bread and it arrived all disgusting and wet from the heat. The wings were feathery and the potatoes didn't even fry them well. It's horrible. Don't order it. It's horrible. And on top of all that, the food is very expensive.

We ordered pizza, wings, and a Greek Salad. We enjoyed the food. They delivered in 55 minutes. We liked the food, especially pizza.

The New York style pizza is a scam, no tomatoe sauce. It tasted like school pizza. The Buffalo and BBQ chicken didn't have any sauce. Fries were soggy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

BUYER BEWARE: Please be advised this is not a legitimate restaurant, it a GAS STATION!!! I ordered a pizza, chicken wings and a salad. All the food was store bought and resold. Frozen pre-made pizzas, chicken wings were also bought from a reseller and frozen, so they just reheat and resell them.

Oh where to start. We were tired and at our hotel in Surfside (Miami) but needed to eat. A menu was slipped under our door. It was the evening of the Cupa America game between Argentina and Columbia so everything was chaotic, so we decided to give Diamond Pizza and Burger a try. Our order was a 14" sandwich and two Greek salads. We were told 15 minutes for delivery. It wasn't 15 minutes. It was about 1 hour and 30 minutes. It wasn't a 14" sandwich, it was more like 6 or 7 inches. They weren't Greek salads. I don't know what they were. Sandwich was hot, but just slapped together. I understand the area was pretty crazy that night but really it was not a $57.00 meal. I would stay clear of this place. Sorry, I can't recommend it.

We ordered on a Sunday evening at our hotel, waited 2 hours!! Was originally told 45 minutes...should have read reviews and known better when I heard a blinker in the background. Dude is taking orders, sounds like delivering, and when we received it probably cooking too!!! Pizza was burnt!!! I honestly felt bad for the delivery guy. He was sweating from head to toe. No sauce on pizza and DEFINITELY NOT NEW YORK STYLE! We were so hungry we ate it. The smoothies were good and surprised not completely watered down since we waited so long. Don't waste your money!!! $60 down the drain! Unless you like the taste of burnt hot dogs...that's what the crust tasted like! lol Please hire people to accommodate the volume or stop sticking menus in hotel doors!

Do not order for this place the worst place to order a call they don’t pick up. They literally charge me $35 and it’s been an hour and then never bring my phone.

First of all we had troubles to place an order as the person couldn't understand English. We managed to ask one of the guys at the hotel we were staying in to help. Unfortunately they still got mixed up and we didn't quite get what we ordered. We also had to wait for our order for nearly two hours as the driver got mixed up with the addresses. The food was quite good but cold. Complete waste of $90!

Very rude people over the phone when ordering. Said an 45 to an hour wait for delivery. Waited over 2 hours. Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard with no sauce and our caesar salad came with no dressing and the other salad came with barely any dressing.

Found the flyer under the door and decided to order our last meal from here. The price given over the phone was NOT the same when getting downstairs. I told the lady she had given me $57 over the phone and that’s what I was prepared to pay, now charges me $60 on a receipt that was written out with no prices. She then hung up in my face. The food was cold and we ordered 2 medium pizzas and got one large cheese and got Hawaiian, that was not what we ordered. The other was a meat lovers that did NOT have ground meat or bacon. I repeated my order 4 times and added each and ketchup which we did not get. Cheese sticks were cold and gross. To make things worse we called back and got sent to voicemail.

On a girls trip and stayed @ Fontainebleau. Ordered a 14 inch half pepperoni and half chicken and pineapple pizza. Was very disappointed. The cheese was not quality cheese that melted and the chicken was very thick and nasty. Wasted $31 total that included delivery.
