First of all we had troubles to place an order as the person couldn't understand English. We managed to ask one of the guys at the hotel we were staying in to help. Unfortunately they still got mixed up and we didn't quite get what we ordered. We also had to wait for our order for nearly two hours as the driver got mixed up with the addresses. The food was quite good but cold. Complete waste of $90!

Very rude people over the phone when ordering. Said an 45 to an hour wait for delivery. Waited over 2 hours. Pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard with no sauce and our caesar salad came with no dressing and the other salad came with barely any dressing.

Don't waste your time/ DISAPPOINTED Found the flyer under the door and decided to order our last meal from here. The price given over the phone was NOT the same when getting downstairs. I told the lady she had given me $57 over the phone and that's what I was prepared to pay, now charges me $60 on a receipt that was written out with no prices. She then hung up on me. The food was cold. We ordered 2 medium pizzas one medium cheese and one meat lovers. instead got a large Hawaiian. The other was a meat lovers that did NOT have ground meat or bacon. I repeated my order 4 times and added ranch and ketchup which we did not get. Cheese sticks were cold and gross. To make things worse we called back and got sent to voicemail.

On a girls trip and stayed @ Fontainebleau. Ordered a 14 inch half pepperoni and half chicken and pineapple pizza. Was very disappointed. The cheese was not quality cheese that melted and the chicken was very thick and nasty. Wasted $31 total that included delivery.

do not eat here my girlfriend ordered a pizza it had no sauce on it and she ordered a Diet Coke they gave her regular she called and told them and they said they would call her back in 5 mins they never did so she called them and they kept hanging up on her not got bussiness

Pizza was cold, 2 liter bottle of coke was warm, price was high. Lastly, being from New York, this pizza was definitely not "New York Style"! They should be sued for even attempting to advertise as "New York Style". Seemed to be made with dough and cheese, very little sauce. Not very good?

Waited 1 1/2 hours to get pizza delivered. When I originally called they told me 45 minutes. Then I called back to find out where my pizza was and they said 10 minutes, but it still didn't come. After waiting 90 minutes for my pizza to arrive (staying at holiday inn) the delivery person tried to charge me $8 to deliver my $12.50 pizza and told me with tax I owed $24?!?! No thanks! Also, they delivered the pizza without a pizza warmer bag.

Saw the flyer at my door when I checked into Fountainbleau Hotel in Miami so I decided to order pizza and drink. By the time the order arrived, they charged me more than what they told me over the phone. I called back multiple times but they kept sending my calls to the voice-mail.
I ordered a pizza, wings and fries. The food arrived cold, I ordered ranch with the wings and didn’t receive it. AND THE FRIES were burnt. Miami is already expensive so don’t even waste your money on this food.

Never again disgusting.. pizza tasted and looked like pizza from my elementary school and my elementary school pizza was better.I also ordered fries that were soggy and burnt. I also ordered wings that were mediocre at best no ranch dressing that i ordered came i had no choice but to give 1 star there's no option for zero stars never will order here again

Dont order there. We are from canada, Mtl and we came to fontainbleau hotel for few days. We ordered a pizza, fries and empanadas from this place for delivery last night. The delivery came after 2 hours and the food looked nasty. BUT THE WORST PART IS THAT IN THE PIZZA BOX, THERE WAS AN INSECT????? my father has a restaurant and i rarely put bad review but this time, i had no choice. This restaurant should close.

When the store was located around 5 minutes from the hotel. The quality of the pizza was bad for the price. En general, no recomendaría hacer un pedido desde este lugar. Do not order from here. Ordered hamburger with fries and pop. Lasagna and 6 chicken wings. Paid 49 dollars we never got the fries and the pop. Food was not good
