The pizza was excellent. We had it delivered to a meeting, and the process was very smooth. We scheduled the delivery for 11:45-noon, and the pizza arrived before noon. It was hot and tasted great.

Places an order on the site directly I got there & they said that doing have the order, showed them the confirmation, they didn't care-offered no solution. I said that wasn't going to work & reluctantly they made the order, at this point waiting 40 minutes. I got home and it was all wrong. Paid for shrimp, they were missing. Can't find a way to get in contact for a refund. I've never left a review but this sucked.

I absolutely love Grafa Pizza, and Pasta. The food is absolutely delicious. The location is right smack in the heart of South Beach. And the staff is wonderful and welcoming. Every single pizza is delicious.

The food is decent. Be careful when ordering and double check and confirm what they put down in the order because they’ll make something else and try to gaslight you saying you ordered it. Even without prompting, they will come up with a story about being unable to make what you ordered or cannot refund because they are not the manager etc.
