No idea how a place like this is still active Kitchen is super small and dirty bathroom is amazing small and structural dirty with sewer smell. The only solution is rebuild from scratch The business is so out of control, that expanded to the Main hall entry, and building violation, fire Dept violation. I know the place when was called polar bar, it will never get the license to occupy the main hall entry except with a change of use , which is not possible. Electrical installation in the outdoor seating just a strong wind is enough for someone gets hurt with the wires, Eletrical violation Shame on city and health inspection

I’m a local, been to the Resturant a handful of times because I live 4 blocks away.Tonight my 3 year old son fell and scraped his knee. I walked next door to the restaurant and asked politely for a paper napkin. Their response was that it’d cost me $1 for one paper napkin. I am beyond angry right now. I’ve never been so offended in my own city.

Dearest little star, I'd give you ten stars if I could. The deep dish is incredible, the servers friendly, and the ambiance is very chill. When my friends want to get together to eat, this is one of the first places I mention... Thank you, and please keep making more pizza:)

I don't even like tomatoes and yet I loved this pizza. You could taste the sauce, cheese and basil and the crust didn't over power the pizza.

GREAT PIzza! However I have to share my experience on March 13. Ordered a pizza for delivery received confirmation it would arrived 6:00pm it arrived 1 1/2 hours later and was COLD when I called the person answering the phone YELLED WHAT DO YOU EXPECT YOU LIVE 37 BLOCKS AWAY AND HUNG UP ON ME. I was shocked I paid $30 plus tip for a COLD pizza no apology. I give four stars for the pizza. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!

Well.... today I went into groovys pizza and accidentally dropped my piece of pizza. So I asked for another slice of pizza and they said no! The audacity!!! Well anyway, I'm terribly disappointed in the customer service Groovys offers. Good pizza tho

The best pizza in town! Fresh and tasty! The service was fast, efficient, and with a smile by the young lady! They had excellent choice of music as well.Great variety of pizzas to choose from! Don’t miss this pizza place!

Pizza was okay. Service was good. Cashier very friendly. Questionable cleanliness here. Saw raw chicken sitting in a metal tray next to garbage can towards the back of restaurant.
