Häagen-Dazs on Lincoln Road is a solid spot if you’re craving something sweet. The ice cream is super creamy and full of flavor, and while it’s a little on the pricey side, it really feels worth it for the quality. Perfect stop while walking around Lincoln Road.

Went because of small free cup with the download of the app, we ended up paying full price. Deleted app, total scam!

Listed until 1 am on Sunday. We came, the store was closed. And they turn off the lights after we noticed them. I was so disappointed. That would be the only place open NOT. Waste 22 mins and paid $4. I hope the company reply and compensate those $4. I am not mad about money, principals to update hours.

Keyanna helped us on 1/4/25. She made sure to pay attention to our dietary restrictions and warned us if any ingredients were not suitable for us. Great service and great ice cream.
Thanks Keyanna!

Haagen's ice creams taste very good (that's why I give the food the 2nd star).
The problem is that in this store in Miami (and probably in the rest of the franchises in the city) the amount of ice cream they give when you buy a “Mini cup” is ridiculous, a single tiny scoop of ice cream that doesn't take up even half of it. of the glass and that of course does not stand out like in the photos that Haagen-Dasz advertises, all for a very expensive price (about $8). I told the seller that the cup should be at least completely filled with ice cream with only one flavor, and he dismissively told me that that was the amount there was, that this was Miami and that I should suck it up.
I recommend buying these ice creams in Europe, where they have always served me in different capitals in correct quantities, at less abusive prices and with better service.
In Miami I recommend avoiding these ice cream parlors.

Very unfriendly service. Wanted a NYC Cheesecake Shake. The woman behind the counter looked annoyed and then said that they couldn't make this variety without giving an explanation why. Apparently she didn't feel like it. I ordered a banana split shake and she made me the largest without asking what size I wanted so I had to pay the most. The cherry was placed carelessly and fell off straight away. I even gave a tip. The young lady didn't even say goodbye or thank you. Just looked at me stupidly and said nothing.

store was way too understaffed, with only 1 person working on a busy saturday. also, i asked the employee for a small cup, but she gave me a regular and charged for a regular instead, and when I asked her about it she tried to give me coins from her tip jar instead. of course i would say no because that’s just rude. but perhaps we can work on listening to customers choices or remaking the order when it was made wrong. otherwise, it was good

The ice cream cone had a weird texture. It didn’t taste like the Hagen days I would buy from the store in the container.
Nonetheless, it still tasted good.
We visited at night and there was no wait time to buy and collect the order.
Staff was normal - not bad or extra nice.
