Do not go here. Literally such a rip off. I got a mini ice cream (which is The equivalent of half a scoop) and some Oreo pieces (Which was literally just Oreo dust there was no actual crunchy pieces) And it was $14 total. I literally should have walked away when I heard the total At the register. The biggest rip off! Also, the staff was not friendly. Never going back here.

We visited the branch located on Lincoln Road near Washington Avenue. The service was cool and the environment is typical ice cream, with a few tables to sit and counter to make the order, everything is clean. We ordered coffee and Belgian chocolate ice cream, both very sweet, but my wife didn't like it much. I ordered caramel and strawberry, which were sensational! We paid about $25! It's worth it!

I arrived at 11.40pm and the employee immediately told me they were closing. I asked for a banana split and she said no. they were already cleaning and didn't want to make a mess and she said they didn't have vanilla. an ice cream shop without vanilla???? terrible service. the employees wanted to hurry up and close. absurd in the most famous street of Miami beach.

Terrible experience at Häagen-Dazs! The server, with blue hair and a cap, was incredibly rude. She served me with a cold attitude and, to make matters worse, she took away some of my ice cream because there was ‘too much’! I’ve never seen anything like this before. When you pay $8.45 for ice cream, you expect a decent portion, especially from a brand like this. I usually go to the Brickell location, and the service there is much better. Honestly, this was shameful and unacceptable!
