Great service BUT THEY NEED TO TRAIN THIER EMPLOYEES PROPERLY, I went in today for a free ice cream AND i end up PAYING because The employee was not informed properly about the deal, this is very disappointing, PLEASE DO BETTER

We visited the branch located on Lincoln Road near Washington Avenue. The service was cool and the environment is typical ice cream, with a few tables to sit and counter to make the order, everything is clean.\nWe ordered coffee and Belgian chocolate ice cream, both very sweet, but my wife didn't like it much. I ordered caramel and strawberry, which were sensational!\nWe paid about $25! It's worth it!

Great ice cream but staff are not the friendliest or even looking like they want to be there. $10 for a “mini” cup ice cream and was charged for a cone in which I’m sure was meant to be included in the price. The Chocolate Brownie ice cream was lovely, just a shame about the price and staff.
