The experience here was on point. The milkshake was unbelievable rich, smooth, and exactly what you want when you come to Haagen-Dazs. Service was fast, the place was clean, and the whole vibe made the stop worth it. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

Great service BUT THEY NEED TO TRAIN THIER EMPLOYEES PROPERLY, I went in today for a free ice cream AND i end up PAYING because The employee was not informed properly about the deal, this is very disappointing, PLEASE DO BETTER

We visited the branch located on Lincoln Road near Washington Avenue. The service was cool and the environment is typical ice cream, with a few tables to sit and counter to make the order, everything is clean.\nWe ordered coffee and Belgian chocolate ice cream, both very sweet, but my wife didn't like it much. I ordered caramel and strawberry, which were sensational!\nWe paid about $25! It's worth it!
