Great service BUT THEY NEED TO TRAIN THIER EMPLOYEES PROPERLY, I went in today for a free ice cream AND i end up PAYING because The employee was not informed properly about the deal, this is very disappointing, PLEASE DO BETTER

I have visited several locations of this chain and I am beginning to understand that the employees should be paid little or nothing. That's why there are so many negative reviews because of the attention. I rate it 5/5 because in this place I was lucky to have very good service and there were many employees so everything went well. The ice creams are excellent!

Very high prices, for two cones of 2 balls each 23 dollars in total
And I wanted chocolate sauce 2 dollars more, gold plated or whatever. And the service was not bad but a little more cordial could be like showing the menu or just saying good night
