Walked in and the girl working behind the counter was sitting on the counter and was on the phone. Instead of taking my order she was talking on the phone instead. Her co-worker had to even tell to stop she told her we don't do that here. I just walked out.

Service: moves slow. There were lines each time I visited. Although the staff were friendly and working hard.

I can't speak highly enough of the Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream shop located in South Pointe, Miami Beach. Every visit feels like a special treat, thanks largely to Natalie, who is an absolute gem. She might even be sweeter than the ice cream itself!
Natalie’s warm and friendly demeanor turns each visit into a delightful experience. We often have wonderful conversations about our favorite ice cream combinations, and she is always generous with the samples, making sure I get to try new flavors and find the perfect scoop for my cone.
The nightly treat of visiting this shop has become a cherished routine for me. My go-to order is the brownie a la mode and cookie dough ice cream in a sprinkled cone with hot fudge. It's a decadent delight that never disappoints.

It is too pricey when compared to other locations. I was not able to order ahead using the app. You are very close to the south beach and public parking. There is a nice seating area outside.
