So I ordered two personalized sundays for pick up, I have ordered the same before many times but for delivery and it was always fine. This time I decided to pick it up, they gave me a sealed bag that I only open once I got back home. Both ice creams were wrong, not a big deal, called the store and explain the issue, not only did they have an attitude but they also kept claiming they did it right time and time again. Like I've ordered the same thing a thousand times and instead of giving me an alternative or having some accountability they were just close to the possibility that they messed up. Not ordering from them again.

I am not a big Haagen-Dazs ice cream girly but I am big on things that make me feel cozy. Haagen-Dazs is definitely one of those places because it is connected to a lot of warm memories for me. I got mix of the new york cheesecake ice cream and caramel cone. It was great to eat my ice cream while walking on the boardwalk passing people live their absolute best life at Nikki Beach!

Went yesterday walked in and saw a girl sitting on the counter gossiping with her other two co workers . No customer service at all . Waiting for them to stop talking so we could order . Felt like they got annoyed they had to work . And the girl sitting on the counter ? So unprofessional and unsanitary .

Walked in and the girl working behind the counter was sitting on the counter and was on the phone. Instead of taking my order she was talking on the phone instead. Her co-worker had to even tell to stop she told her we don't do that here. I just walked out.
