Food was really really good. Service was abysmal. Like been for miami it was awful. No drink order. No table greeting. After finally making a drink order , my iced tea came 25 minutes after my wife's cocktail, and only after I had to ask about on the rare occasion we saw our server. To be fair he was in a busy section. But also to be fair there was about 3 managers walking around looking cool but not doing anything to help the poor guy. It's a shame, we have been fans of Solomov places forever in Philly , and the short lived dizengoff here. Good as the food was, service just too awful to deal with going to the beach to give this place a second chance.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Aviv exceeded every expectation. I brought my mother and my cousin here to celebrate their birthdays, and from start to finish, everything about the experience was absolutely perfect. The restaurant itself is beautiful—warm, elegant, and welcoming—and the food was truly delicious, with every dish prepared flawlessly. The atmosphere made the celebration feel extra special, and the overall experience was one we'll remember for a long time. Aviv is the kind of place that turns a meal into a meaningful occasion. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding restaurant for a special celebration or an unforgettable night out.
Everything was great but the Somm brought me a different vintage of the wine I ordered, without any mention. This was one of my favorite wines, and not inexpensive. He should have been more attentive and called this out. Your restaurant should be delivering an amazing experience at every interaction; this was a miss.
We ordered the extensive tasting menu and every item was delicious. The service was professional and the waiter was very knowledgeable. Our only complaint was the culinary administrative fee that was added on top of the 19% tip. We found this to be insulting and a major turn off after a wonderful dining experience.
Our second time dining here and was as perfect as the first time. We wish you'd come closer to us in Boynton beach that we could come more often.
We truly enjoyed our experience at Aviv. We had the tasting menu and we were very excited to try new things and loved every item that our waiter Moe suggested. Loved the ambience and the beautiful music. It was actually too much food! But now that we got to try a lot of different things on the menu we will be back. Out waiter Moe was fabulous!
Excellent service from Daniela. The food presentation was pure art. The dishes were a sensory delight!!
Chef Michael and his team are always amazing. This is one of the best restaurants in all of Miami. You cannot go wrong. The taste are off the charts. The only thing better is the service. I cannot recommend this place enough.
One of the best meals and restaurant experiences I've ever had. Menu options are plentiful and every one was delicious. Service was impeccable. Very reasonably priced given today's market and quality of overall experience. Couldn't recommend it more.
Overall, One Hotel South Beach is a great choice for travelers who want to experience the best of Miami Beach in a luxurious and comfortable setting.

Unfortunately not how I remembered it.When we came to Miami in 2021 this place was recommend to us and we loved it so much we came back multiple times. We ordered breakfast sandwiches with toast and fruit and felt satisfied at the end. Now the menu has changed and the order is not possible unless you add multiple sides (and what would you do with the side of green beans that comes with the breakfast sandwich that can not be subbed out). The prices have also gone up quite a bit and then there is 21% worth of fees on top so there is no incentive for good service (and it showed today). Our breakfast cost $71.After coming here multiple times in 2021 weeks won’t be back on this trip and probably won’t be back in the future unless we notice that the menu has changed again.

We had breakfast and dinner at the habitat for 2 days in a row this time around — and have been dining at the habitat every time we are in Miami for 3 years now.Breakfast buffet is very good though somewhat limited. Pastries could be fresher, omelettes are good and generously sized. Fruit selection limited but decent. A la carte options better. We love the dinner menu. The guacamole and chatted octopus appetizers were both great, they have several Mexican dishes that taste both authentic and creative (eg lamb enchiladas, Florida grouper cooked Yucatán style). Their kids quesadillas are fantastic. Also their stuffed churro dessert is absolutely phenomenal.Service has always been great, attentive and friendly.

Atmosphere is beautiful, however our server was not very knowledgeable of the menu or portions so once our dishes arrived, we were very disappointed. The chicken was undercooked & fatty, grouper tacos were incredibly small and soggy for the price. We paid $185 only to go to another restaurant to finish dinner.

I had a late night snack here, ordered a quac & chips, the potion for quac was tiny, and the chips were extremely salty. Ordered a btl water, the bill came to almost $50! It’s ridiculous how they are adding an “admin fee” on top of the mandatory 20%service charge which the service was not even good! There are many great Mexican restaurants in Miami, but this is definitely not one of them. Don’t recommend.
