Would not recommend. Staff is rude AND ignorant. Had a major issue doing check-in, called corporate to report and they refused to answer the phone when corporate called to address the issue. Young ladies behind the counter continued to horse around and use profanity while being serviced. The man who assisted me made a personal call while servicing me. Please do not book here.

My flight into Miami was delayed and my connection in Charlotte to miami was moved to next day. This hotel refused to refund me the $300 I paid and claim it was because it was last minute. Yes, it was last minute because my flight was changed beyond my control due to weather in miami. They are crooks and I would never book with them!Absurd that they would be so unreasonable when the circumstance was beyond our control.Boycott this shady hotelHoliday Inn - you should take notice as they are ruining your reputation!

I do not recommend this hotel. Me and my family payed for a room for 4 days beforehand but when we arrived the staff told us they sold our room, then they proceeded to tell us they had no other rooms available. The staff left us stranded in the lobby and didn’t even bother to help us as if it was our faults they sold our room. AND their is a high cost for parking DAILY, which just adds on to the list of why I don’t like this hotel. They still charged us for the room even though they gave it to someone else and refused to find us a room and thoroughly explain their actions. Please save yourself from this hassle and find somewhere else!!

Rooms are clean. But Bathroom doesn’t have exhaust fan. Toilet flushing was not working properly. I asked for couple more towels as we are family of four as they provided 3 sets towels only. Towels were never delivered to room.I also booked for breakfast with room. Food was great and had different options. Loved the food btw.Other than room, we enjoyed everything about this place aka beach front , pool and food.

Not upto the Holiday Inn standards.Pathetic housekeeping & cleaning. Got uncleaned floors the first day, complained about it in the morning directly to the housekeeper when she knocked. Again, the floor was unclean. So bad, you take a ton of dirt with you even with a couple steps. They did not restock the towels as well, but took the ones we had laid on the chairs to dry.Receptionists have attitude problem. They behave as if they are doing a favour to us, by answering. The room telephone doesn’t work.Rooms: Old rooms recently renovated. Beds are new. But they dont offer 2 types of pillows, which is a holdiay inn standardNearby activities: Collins avenue is very nice & happening. Beach is a stones throw away.Collins express runs free along the entire road. So easy to communicate to the south part which is more buzzingWalkability: Its walkable

The hotel is very nice ? I highlight the common spaces, they have a very beautiful park next to the pool with access to the Sea ? a bar where they make some very good fruit drinks (a little expensive) the super large pool special to enjoy with the family Happy Children ? the incredible location we went without a car and we managed all our walks in ? most of them for free I highlight the unique cleanliness of the hotel, the super nice and comfortable rooms, a real ?Rooms: Very good?Walkability: If it is very spacious with access to the ?

Great location, great staff, but they seemed to be overbooked and behind schedule. Rooms weren't as updated as the lobby but nice overall.

The hotel is old building but well maintained and located on Miami Med Beach. Book rooms with ocean view, it worth the money.Walkability: You can walk and bike on beach trails adjacent to the hotel.

Room was recently updated, fairly clean, well stocked, and nice overall, but you can tell that it is an older hotel if you look closely. The food is overpriced considering the quality, but it’s convenient to have a full service restaurant on property and the staff there is attentive and friendly. The drinks at the bar are well made, and Dan at the poolside bar is amazing and one of the friendliest hotel employees I’ve ever met.Front desk service leaves a bit to be desired, the person who checked me in seemed like I was bothering them by being there and didn’t smile once. I arrived early so I wasn’t expecting a room ready right away, but they told me to check back later in the day and when I did I got brushed off in a not so guest friendly kind of way. I did get the room by 3:30pm, but no one really seemed to know what to do with early arrival guests. The location is fantastic, pool is nice, beach access is easy, and you get two chairs and an umbrella with each room.Overall a nice hotel for the price with plenty of amenities.

My family was looking forward to staying here for months, but were left with a travel experience I hope to save you from.We booked this hotel for March ‘24 back in November of ‘23. The card used to book the hotel reservation had the expiration date expire. My mom called two days before we were set to leave to confirm our reservation and address that the card on file had expired. She was told it was not a problem and that our reservation was confirmed.Upon arriving in Miami, from Wisconsin may I add, we looked at our IHG app and saw we no longer had a reservation. We immediately call Holiday Inn and they tell us the room has already been booked but they would call back. They never called back, so I called them myself. I was told that they had no rooms available for even any of the nights we were going to be here, even though their website said otherwise, and that they couldn’t offer any help. Not even was another hotel recommendation offered until I expressed how completely unprofessional this whole experience was. Finally, the person on the other end suggested the Lexington and Radisson.Save your money, and the headache, by booking with Lexington. They have been WONDERFUL to us after what happened with the Holiday Inn. The Radisson was also a great experience for the one night we had to stay there.Hopefully they work on their customer service and prevent this from happening in the future. Completely unacceptable if you ask me.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Miami Beach-Oceanfront. The location is unbeatable, a bit dated look outside but clean and well maintained inside. The hotel staff deserves special commendation for their exceptional service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive operations team, every encounter was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. One of the highlights of my stay was upgrade to a Suite - view is stunning, balcony would be great, but unfortunately they don't have balconies at all.Unfortunately the wifi signal was consistently weak and unreliable in my room and it was inconvenient to conduct business-related tasks for me and my husband but also made basic internet usage, such as looking for places to go and to eat.Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to those in search of a blissful stay by the sea and a break from everyday routine.

We stayed 2 nights prior to our cruise in February. I called weeks before to make sure our rooms were close to each other. When we arrived, it took 40 minutes to find 2 rooms together and get checked in. Finally got to our rooms to find they were already occupied. Thank goodness we heard them talking and knocked before entering rooms. we went back down to the front desk and a waited another 30 minutes to find another room. I was overcharged 300 plus on my credit card. I have made numerous calls and attempts to get my money back and file a complaint they never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and then hang up on you. Finally talked to the front desk to get general managers name and they couldn't tell me the information on how to contact him/her.
