We purchased tickets for the Hugel Party, any time entry and no one could get in by 4 pm due to capacity issues unless they purchased a table. There was a huge line of ticket holders that couldn’t get in and weren’t told if we would get a refund. Extremely unprofessional, will not be returning.
The doorman asked me for $50 in cash so I could enter without the ID.
Besides, the pool party is boring.

Worst pool party in Miami! Don’t attempt to go here for food or entertainment because you’ll just bossed around by the staff or standing around to boring music. Don’t recommend.

I had purchased the ticket online through tixr to spend the day at this beach club. At the door the doormen refused to let me enter with the ticket, claiming that they finally had another promoter that day and that the one I had purchased was not worth it (for which I paid 38 dollars) and later demanded that I pay 50 dollars to enter and that I request a refund in the application (tixr) since according to them there would be no problem. Because I lived far away and had traveled there I decided to pay them. Later from the application they claim that this never happened. Therefore I consider the site a complete scam and would never recommend anyone visit it.
